Keurig Mini Brewer - Black product details page

I bought a Keurig Mini as a reward to myself for having a newborn that kept me up all night. I am the only coffee drinker in my household & was sick of wasting coffee. My son is not even 2 yet and my Keurig has to be thrown in the trash. It wouldn't fill a cup anymore, so I went to their website and followed all the videos & instructions on how to descale it. It worked better for a few months until recently when it stopped working at all. I called Customer Service who told me that I did everything right, but needed a replacement brewer sent to me for a DISCOUNTED price of [$] dollars. It was on sale for [$] when I bought it less than two years ago. I told them I would buy a different brand that would last longer. Ridiculous.

I love love love my Keurig. It makes great coffee at a warm temperature. It sure beats paying [$] per cup elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I are not coffee drinkers, however we have many house guests who are. We were on the search for a coffee maker and wanted something which could make one cup and looks great on the counter. I absolutely love the look of this unit, it is very small and compact, and works perfectly for what we need it for. We have had it for 6 months now with no issues.

My husband and I received this, our first Keurig machine, for Christmas 2011 - it was intended to be used as a secondary coffee maker in our home office. Unfortunately, none of our coffee cups will fit in the space provided - even those that I consider to be normal-sized are too tall for the opening. We plan to return this model in favor of a larger one.

I recently received this product for Christmas and it made one cup of coffee before deciding not to function anymore. Maybe I received a lemon, but I will be returning this product and will be purchasing one of the more substantial Keurig systems. It was a nice space saver, but the quality just wasn't there.

Everyone raves about these coffeemakers so I bought one but returned it after a few uses because the coffee is too weak for me. I like my coffee to have a good strong coffee taste, not a colored water taste. Yes, the little packets come in flavors, but I am much happier with my Mr Coffee espresso maker, and that cost a lot less than this coffeemaker. I would not recommend this coffeemaker.

My husband's Mr. Coffee machine broke and I went to Target to pick up another coffee brewer. While there, I saw this unit and figured it was time for our house to climb out of the dark ages and give KCups a try. I was concerned my husband would pine away for his old coffee maker but, after one cup from this thing, he happily crossed over to the other side. The cups are a bit more expensive than the usual coffee and filter routine, but the quality seems much better. I think it had been years sin ce I had a good, flavorful cup of Joe that packed a punch. It was also very quick and a lot less messy. The only bad thing I have to say is that the unit is noisy. It really doesn't bother me much, though, as it's not like the brewer is on all the time. I can put up with it for a minute or two. So far, we have tried several varieties of coffee, tea and hot cocoa, all have been great. I think this is a great machine for those looking to branch out into the K-cup world. Would recommend!

Is difficult to use, and coffee maker breaks down after a short period of time. 1st coffee maker lasted 2 weeks, the second one about six months. Poor product!

I have loved my Keurig brewers so I bought this to replace my larger brewer, when hard water build-up caused it to stop heating. The first time II it, I had a messy disaster! I followed the instructions for filling the water well and, instead of a correct amount of water in the well, it overflowed out the bottom of the machine and all over my counter and floor. I still wanted a cup of coffee, so I tried to follow the brewing instructions, to no avail. After much fussing with the power and B rew buttons, I was rewarded with my cup of coffee. This brewer was returned to the very nice Guest Services team members and replaced with the Mr. Coffee single cup brewer. The Mr. Coffee is much easier to use and I don't have water all over my counter. Keurig is a good brand but this is not a good design.

Purchased this to replace a standard 12-cup coffeemaker. Right off the bat...best purchase for our situation because it cuts down on waste. It comes with a nice bunch of k-cups to start off with, and it really easy to use!
