I purchased my first Keurig when they started to become popular several years back. I wore that one out. I also purchased a mini red Keurig a few years ago that i still use in my office and works very well. i bought this keurig to replace my first one about three months ago. It works very well and i'm glad i bought this model. I am going to lower the temp of the coffee because i burnt my tongue today. Its a nice option to have as well as the variety of coffee sizes. I also like the blue led lights. I did have a slight problem with the lights blinking for no reason and the primer/add water indicater came on at unnessary times but that problem seems to have resolved itself. I know if it became a problem again i would have no problem with customer service as the have had a good reputation wtih me.

Love how easy it is to use and all the wonderful flavors or coffee available. I do wish that some of the flavors that you can only purchase online through Keurig were available at the local stores. Have had mine several years and just now starting to have some problems with it shutting off as soon as I turn it on and not making a full mug of coffee. I will definitely consider purchasing another one when the time comes.

We love this brewer. The coffee is always fresh! My kids love using the hot cocoa. I love how we can change the temperature to really hot coffee for us adults, and lower temperature for the kids drinking hot cocoa or apple cider. To the people complaining about it breaking after 7 months... if you register your Keurig on the website you get a free one year warranty. I have heard they are wonderful to deal with. Mine is registered, and not only that when I did they emailed me a coupon for 2 boxe s free when I buy two boxes, and I never have to pay for shipping for k cups! I love all the flavors, and I also love not wasting a whole pot of coffee when I would just drink one or two cups. I also love being able to have a cup of blueberry coffee, then right after that a cup of [brand]! On topic of [brand], I went from going there 3 times a week to none! I love my Keurig that much!

I am on my second Keurig now and it has failed as well. The first one died on me shortly after the warrenty went out and it was replaced with this one. I have had the new one now for about a year and a half and it is failing now. You never know what it is going to do. Somedays it brews, somedays it wont. Get half a cup one time, then it overflows the next time. These is great when it works, but for the money you pay, they are junk! Keurig should be ashamed for putting out a product of this low quality. You should get more than a year and half out of these! [...]

Do not buy this product. It was great for a year and then it stopped brewing coffee. My old coffee maker is 15 years old and [$]..........bucks and it is still working. Something wrong with a product if it only works for 1 year.

I ordered the coffee maker for my wife for our 13th anniversary, an item she had wanted for some time. I didn't have time to gift wrap the box, so I ordered, for an additional six dollars, to have it gift wrapped. I thought I would take it out of the shipping box and put the gift wrapped box on the coffee table... she would see it when she came in from work.I received the package a few days before the event, assuming everything was going to be okay. I hid the package received, thinking that the coffee maker inside would be gift wrapped. The day came, I opened the box... no gift wrapping! I guess they think that the green tape on the shipping box was gift wrapping? I don't know. Total disappointment!Anyway, the event was a bust. She does love the coffee maker. But... Target, you suck! Notice to anyone dealing with Target: Just buy the gift wrapping and do it yourself. Target needs to tell people what the "gift wrapping" means. A piece of green tape on the shipping box! ....and that's all!

I really am not a coffee afficienado. Heck I'm not even sure if I spelled that right! I have had single servers in the past. I had the senseo which was ok it seemed to leak a bit and the pods were hard to find, my sister has a tassimo which is nice because it does the froth, but you may as well be sitting on a runway it's so loud! My grandmother bought herself a keriug and I LOVED it! a great variety of K-cups and it was quiet, so we put one on our wedding registry. We had our shower and and a guest gave us a giftcard for the coffeemaker, so after reading some reviews I decided to surprise my fiance and upgraded to the top model. WOW! is all i can say I love it! It's super quiet and holds a HUGE amount of water I love that you can set it so it's ready to brew and you can also use it with a travel mug. Admitedly I have only had it for 2 days but so far I love it!

We purchased this coffee maker and LOVE IT. It is so easy to use and we love that you can brew coffee right into your travel mug. My husband can even brew his own coffee, which is an added benefit. I love that each guest can choose their own coffee flavor or tea, and the ice tea is great.

But I do have tea drinkers and it does make wonderful iced drinks too! So everyone gets what they want and quickly. I will first say that I am impressed by the efficiency of this coffee maker. It is quick and easy to use. However, I have tried many of the sample coffees that come with it and have not been impressed by any of them. They all taste like water. At least they sell the filter so you can use your own coffee. Only reason I even kept the machine, cause otherwise I would have taken it back.
