I just got my Kitchenaid mixer today and I love it. My dear mother in law got it for me because I'm taking the Wilton classes. Love it I'm making my 1st cake on Saturday and I just can't wait.

I got this mixer as a bridal shower gift from the women in my husband's family and I was super excited to open it! I have always wanted one of these mixers! It is so stable when it's turned on high and it works wonders when making bread. It comes with a nice little book of recipes that I have tried that are easy to make and tasty, too. This is a must have product for anyone who loves to cook and bake!
We bought this Kitchen-Aid to give as a wedding gift, because we know it will last. We got one for our wedding 15 years ago and it still out-performs any task we ask it to do. Rock solid, hands down, durability. Like marriage, the Kitchen-Aids are made to last forever!
Great mixer. It can handle anything from bread to whipping eggs. I have had it for a month, and no problems yet. Love the color (red). Very affordable and has a much wider range because of the higher power.
I bought this mixer as a christmas gift to myself and have been very happy with it since. I read the instructions when first purchased and have washed to pieces by hand as written. They have a protective coating on them that wears off if soaked or put in high heat of dishwasher. It's not difficult at all to clean and care for this product. I would recommend it to anyone interested in started out with a more expensive blender that has some power. It's so nice being able to have my hands free whi
le this does the mixing.
This is the oddest set of reviews I've read for this mixer. It's fantastic and nothing but the best quality. Mine does not leak motor oil into the food. The blades are really simple to wash by hand, if you don't want food to stick so much spray them with non-stick oil. It's also higher powered, so it whips things up even quicker than the Artisan series.
Do not buy this mixer. The motor leaks oil into your food and the representative for this company does not want todo anything about it. That is a lot of money so that you can poison your family with motor oil. After having a negative response from the company, I took it to a small appliance repair shop, paid $ to have it repaired andit still leaks oil. So - it is going out to the trash.
Do Not Buy this mixer. Buy the Jenn Air. Kitchen Aid's quality has gone done. The mixer [..] and the blades must be rinsed and dried by hand; soaking them in the sink or putting them into the dishwasher will ruin them and Kitchen Aid will not replace them.
