Constructed of solid hardwoods and engineered wood with a rich multi-step white finish with an oak-finished top. Features include antique nickel hardware, an easy-glide storage drawer, raised detail cabinet doors with adjustable shelves inside, a convenient drop-down breakfast bar and open storage on each end with an adjustable shelf. Top section with drawers and bottom base is shipped assembled. Top surface has beautifully sculpted edges on each end. Top is 36" wide with leaf extended.

I did a ton of research and read a lot of reviews before making this purchase. I read a lot of mixed reviews on this island and was concerned about the "worm holes" on the top surface. I am SO glad I took a chance on this island. It is just stunning. There are minor embellishments to the top surface, but they are extremely small, there are very few of them, and they do not detract from the beauty of it at all. Every person that comes over comments on how gorgeous the island is.It also provides a great amount of storage. We took down 2 full hanging cabinets, and everything from those cabinets fit in here perfectly with room to spare. And the shelving on the sides was a nice touch and a great place to display some of my collectibles.[...]The one thing that I saw in a few negative reviews that was accurate were the cam locks (during assembly). They were very difficult to work with and required me to do a step differently than the directions indicated, but thankfully that only accounted for a small portion of the assembly. I am a small woman (5'2") and was able to put this together with my 13-year-old son with no additional problems. I just can't say enough good things about this island. If you are on the fence about purchasing it, do not hesitate another minute. You will not regret it.

This product is great!! For the price, you cant beat the quality!! It matches everything in my house with reguard to the decorative accents. Very Traditional look!It is the heart of my kitchen now!! It was easy to put together too. I would definitly recommend this product!!

This piece was the perfect solution for my space. I attempted to put it together by myself which was slow going. Once I had help, we got it together very easily in under an hour. They provided spare hardware, which is always appreciated. The one down fall was that a pre drilled hole on the door for the knob, was drilled on the same side as the hinges. A little imperfection, but other than that, I love the piece and would recommend it to others.
