We just bought this shaker and love it. Family saw it and want two, one for each of their homes. We didn't have any problems with lid sticking or liquid leaking out. When we first bought it, the inside recipe cup had been pushed in too far and kept it from turning. Husband quickly pryed it out and it worked great! Great gift with other bar tools, etc. Am now purchasing two more for our family. They were unable to find at a target store.

Furious!! I ordered this item for a martini party I was having at the end of the month. Luckily, I decided to have a test run before the actual party-any excuse to imbibe, right? When I took it out of the box, it was already difficult to open. Silly me, I thought that maybe, just maybe it would be easier to open when it was ice cold and dripping wet with water beads! (Chemistry was never my strongest area.) After shaking the drink, I had to use several dry dish cloths to pry the lid off! Of cou rse my drink went everywhere! After sipping my Appletini off the counter (couldn't let it go to waste)I promptly returned this shaker to the store and purchased a different one. This thing is a piece of junk and amounts to nothing more than a silver cocktail recipe book. It should no longer be manufactured or sold without major revisions! If you buy this thing, you're asking for trouble.

I HATE THIS THING!!The cap gets stuck on, the top lid is permanetly stuck on, we've banged it on the counter to get the lid off to refill the shots we made, after about 5 min, we all gave up and its now in the trash!!!

After a failed global product launch on a Friday, and having to come into the office for 12 hours on a Saturday, I needed a drink. I frantically searched the kitchen for ANYTHING to shake with, a pitcher, tupperware - anything. I resorted to this, hoping it wouldn't be as hard to open as usual (I needed to add ice after shaking).After literally 15 minutes of sweating, trying to pull the top off, I resorted to beating it with a rusty hammer. I was then able to finally pop it off, and alcohol pro ceeded to splash all over the floor and counter. It's almost always this hard to open.If there's a magic trick you learn in bartending school to open these, then buy it - it's fine otherwise - but I wouldn't know, there were no instructions or tips included.Man, I hate this thing. waste of money.

I purchased this along with martini glasses for a christmas gift to be used in a gift exchange. The girl who chose is was threatening anyone who tried to "steal" the gift from her in the exchange game lol. Lots of really great recipes on it, easy to turn .. and it feels like it's made really well.

This shaker has lots of well known drink recipes to help you in mixing, but the best part is the seal on the lid. Too many shakers leak when you shake them, but this one is tightly sealed and the double-wall insulation keeps your drinks chilled to perfection!

This is the best cocktail shaker ever! I don't remember what goes in drinks all the time, so now I can have a quick reference at the palm of my hand. This Kraftware shaker is better than other dial-a-drink shakers out there because this one has more of the common well-known drinks on there. Easy to read. I like it. CHEERS!
