i LOVE this hairspray. i bought it after reading about it [...]. i almost didn't because of the price, but its TOTALLY worth it! it smells amazing and the hold is ridiculous. my hair won't usually hold a curl; i used this on a recent vegas trip and not only did my hair look great all night long...IT WAS STILL CURLY when i woke up in the morning. This is now the only hairspray i will use. i have both the full size for at home and the travel size for when i am on the go... you should buy it. seri ously. its awesome.

I have very fine hair, but a lot of it in the back of my head...the front is getting more sparse. It is stick straight and hi-lited. I use Kerastase Shampoo and Conditioner for find hair (and yes - it is definitely worth the investment for me! What a difference in my hair!) I wasn't sure which holding power I wanted in the Elnet so I got both. This is the most pleasant surprise in hairsprays I've had in years! It doesn't give you 'helmet head' like many firm hold hairsprays do. I use electric r ollers on my hair, and used a little spritz of the regular hairspray on each section of hair as I rolled it, and the results were thick, shiny hair with amazing body! LOVE IT!!! And I LOVE the scent of this hairspray...It doesn't compete with my favorite perfumes, it almost seems to enhance them! I've hugged people and they've asked me what that beautiful scent in my hair is from, so I personally hope you never change the scent, but perhaps create an unscented formula for those who dislike the smell! I'll admit, I live in a dryer climate - and haven't had the opportunity to go to the Coast to see how it holds up in humidity, but I have my doubts. I use the extra firm hold for the top and sides of my hair and the regular hold for the rest! It's amazing! The gold standard for me had been Kenra's hairspray, but every single can I purchase gets clogged up in the sprayer and I'm tired of the unexpected sprays in my eyes or on my bathroom mirrors and walls! LOL!!!

After reading about this hairspray in several of the beauty magazines, I was compelled to buy it and see why this was being touted as the best hairspray on the planet. I was unable to find it at my Target so I ordered it online from Target.com. My package finally arrived and I couldn't wait to see what all the hype was about and to finally experience myself, what this product could do for me. My first disappointment was the scent. To me, this was not a pleasant scent or one that I wanted to hav e my hair smell like. Secondly, as I gave it the test, this spray could not give me the holding power I needed to get through a hot and humid day in Florida. Thirdly, for the price a can...I can find better hairsprays for that price or for less money.Thankfully, Target has an easy process for returning items and that's exactly what I am going to do.

This hairspray lives up to the hype in terms of unbelievable hold and resilience. Hair doesn't crunch. It just bounces back. Your style is touchable and voluminous but lasting. And, it holds my bangs in place without making them look shellacked and overdone. However, the smell takes some getting used to. I can't say that, after two weeks, I have gotten used to it yet. But the performance makes it worth it. Still, there are times when I get a whiff of myself and think, "is there an old lady in the room???" I was so impressed with the product that I bought cans for my two sisters and brother's girlfriend. 2 out of 3 could not stand the smell and had to return the product to me. L'OREAL: PLEASE MAKE US AN UNSCENTED VERSION! I pledge to you my undying support and advocacy in return.
