I had been using [brand] for years but started noticing a lot of flyaway hair. Since this wasn't too expensive, I thought I'd try a switch. I used both the EverSleek shampoo and conditioner, and on day one, it was a noticeable improvement. I have very coarse, thick hair that tends to just be a poufy mess without treatment. Using the shampoo and conditioner alone made it soft, smooth, shiny and needing hardly any work with the straightening iron. I barely had to use styling product, also by Ev erSleek, afterward to control it. I mostly used the styling product just to ensure it kept looking so good all day. My second time using the products now and my hair is even shinier. I have used dimethicone straightening products in the past but realized after itching my scalp with so many different products, I'm allergic to it. I love that this line doesn't use any silicon-based products and still manages to smooth out my hair.
