Great for quick and easy cleanups....and vacuuming prior to scrubbing floors. great on laminate! CLOGS easily though! I've got 2 large dogs, and I have had to clear the hair our about once a week. I use it daily. LOVE IT

We've had this for a little over a month and it works awesome on our laminate floors. The lift off works great on couches and chairs, I've even used it on the stairs! Love!

This product breaks with regular useage. Like other reviewers have mentioned, there is a problem with the handle. It is supposed to be convenient that the handle folds down, but who needs extra space for a handle that's about a foot in length and less than an inch in diameter? So, the folding handle is a product defect. My vacuum lasted approximately 2 months before dying. It was only [$], but that means I spent[$] per month on vacuuming my home - not in my budget. [...]

Received this as a Christmas gift. First time using, the handle flopped...no fix. Called Bissell customer service - wanted me to call back in 2 months and they would send a new handle assembly..why 2 months is a mystery and I had a very hard time understanding the rep...or they would send a return label to ship back and I could get a new vac in 2 weeks. Neither option seemed reasonable to me, so I returned it to Target with ease and got a new one....I will be trying the new one and see if I fare better. Hope I don't have to report a second flimsy handle!!!

This worked vacuum worked well, then the pivoting handle broke, and it wouldn't stay straight. It took only two weeks for it to fail. So, we decided to return it and give it another chance. It broke four weeks later, again! Same exact failure. Unless you like using broken vacuum cleaners, I wouldn't recommend this product.

This stick vac is great! We have mostly hardwood floors. With a toddler and a dog, this vac is great for picking up fur, crumbs, etc. It works great on rugs too. Good power and suction. My previous stick vac would loose power after two rooms. Highly recommend!

overall doesn't pic up much. the dust buster piece works fine when removed from the standing part. might as well just get a dust buster. very lightweight.

This little vacuum is perfect for everyday clean-up and pet hair pick up. I just bought this vacuum a month ago and use it several times a week. I have a sheltie and and a three year old and it tackles pet hair and crumbs like a pro. The run time is fantastic. I can vacuum my entire downstairs and it STILL has power to spare. My only complaint is that you have to hold in the trigger to power the hand-held vac which can be a bit tiresome if you are using it for a long period of time. Also, the silicone grip on the end of the hand vac catches on fabric and carpet. Also, make sure you empty the canister and clean the filter after each use, easy to do, and recharge the battery when not in use.
