I purchased this bracelet for my father who has so many medical problems that one basic medical alert bracelet wouldn't cover everything. The USB was easy to load and fill in the information - I thought it was great...UNTIL TODAY, when we had to rush him to the hospital. The EMTs do not carry computers, so they couldn't read the USB. The hospital said their security doesn't allow them to open any type of discs because of possible viruses. So, as great as the concept is, no one is able to access the USB. Therefore, the bracelet is useless. It's a good thing we were to call 911 and accompany him to the hospital.

With numerous complicated medical conditions I needed something that could easily give medical personnel all the information they needed quickly (more than I could remember, especially in an emergency). It has stayed securely shut (and I've had it for about a year). I did have a problem with figuring out how to save the information on the usb software but I called the company and the fellow couldn't have been nicer - turned out I overlooked a save tab :(I did have it resized and gave it 4 stars because I wish it was a bit slimmer and more attractive, but I guess you can't have everything. Definitely could be a life saver.

My USB tab would not take Microsoft Excel but it did take Word. I just copied from Excel and pasted into Word. As far as being too large, any Jeweler or watch repair shop can remove links so it will fit.

I purchased this after a head on car crash I had. As a diabetic the crash caused my brain to be knocked arouund and I was no help to the paramedics. If I had this then, they would have all the information to take care of me if I were to be in a non-coherant state. Easy to use and set up. I found the fit to be a little tight for my large wrists as a man but I am sure this will fit most - out of the package.

This is an Excellent Medical Alert Bracelet !!!!!USB Downloads easily. Medical Information form is very Complete.Bracelet is stylish and of high quality.Bracelet is large, but can be easily sized by a jeweler.

Too bad the bracelet is nice a bit to large for my wrist. Offering different sizes would be nice. But the worst part is when I tried to download the USB flash card several times to my frustration the information got lost every time. Tried to get a replacement from target and (another onlline retailer) and neither could help me. They suggested to return it [what about the shipping costs and the customs cost] This is getting quite a bit more expensive than I thought.
