I was so excited about these chairs when I bought them. Both have broken the welding of the pedestal which allows the gliding/rocking motion broke on one of them after 2 weeks, the other after 4 weeks. [...]

This chair is one of the most relaxing chairs I have ever sat in. I definitely would recommend it to anyone. Love it.

Good looking and comfortable but after 2 months the metal bottom broke and when I took it to a welder to have it fix he told me the quality was too poor and he could not do it.

Love all our furniture that we have from this line but this chair BROKE at the base after a couple months. I did call the company and they replaced it but now I am afraid that anyone over 200lbs that may sit in it that it will do it again. It also turns so it never stays staight. I think if this one breaks than I am going to ask them to replace it with a rocker that can not break at the base.

I bought these chairs last year and they have held up great in the AZ heat and sun. I love the way they look on my front patio and have had no problem with the base breaking. Maybe some slight fading but not that noticable and they are very comfortable. HOWEVER, if you want them to face a certain direction, forget it. They swing in the breeze and there is no way to prevent it. My patio is on a slight slant and they are always facing backwards. I am constantly trying to anchor them somehow which is frusterating. Since I like the way they look, I put up with it but not sure if I would buy them again knowing this.

Love this chair. It has been sitting outside all winter and still looks great. It is generous in size and is so relaxing. I have had no problems with it.I also have the ottoman with it, which makes a nice pair.

I purchased this chair prior to moving, so was nervous that it would not be what I thought when I moved in. After reading the reviews on the assemble issues, I hesitated to ask my husband to put it together for fear it would be a problem, but eventualy we got it together and there was nothing to it, I was amazed at how quickly he was sitting in it. I absolutely LOVE my entire set. I have a golden retriever that loves to sit on the coach and with the clay dirt, it is very easy to clean. Money we ll spent!!!

Love the way the chairs look and are comfortable, but the first one broke after 1 month, took it back and got a new one. 3 monthes later the second 1 broke as well as the one I had returned now I have 2 that are broken, but also have the sectional, club chair and tables, removed the base, to have repaired but that was not possible, so both are now just sitting on the floor with no base, not worth the money
