I have put many pieces of furniture together and this BY FAR is the Easiest piece of furniture that I have ever encountered. The directions are simple, the parts are packaged and labeled in step-by-step sections--and then to top it all off the furniture is sturdy as ever!! Great items, will definitely buy more from the same collection!!

My husband and I bought the full Manhattan living room set because we liked how modern it looked and its affordability. However, all the items were damaged upon arrival and everything was made with particle board even though the site says wood! Not worth the money or time it takes to repackage and ship everything back or return to store. Very disappointed.

This piece goes together quite well where there are screws and dowels. The sliding drawer is pieced together by sliding the sides and bottom together with tongue and grooves. I bought two of these tables and in both of them the tongues were too wide for the grooves. I tried to hammer them in and the cheap wood particle board cracked. Buyer beware. This design of this product is good for Target to sell, but I'm hoping someone in the design department reads this and upgrades the product.

This is a good table. The wood surface and colour are good. The drawer fits smoothly. A little expensive but at least its a good piece.

This is a very sturdy table. I would recommend gluing the wood dowels in just for extra support. The only time I questioned the assembly was for the direction of the top, but the position of the cams will only fit one way. This is a great table for the price! I bought the desk first, and this side table can sit in front for extra space when studying.

[...] It took my husband only about half hour to put together and it seemed relatively easy. In the store I have looked at the product on display before ordering, so I knew what to expect. It is very sturdy and with a beautiful finish. I love this table and might even consider getting the entire collection sometime soon.

We commend the person that designed the assembly of this piece...what good ideas. Also, we really appreciated how the parts were labeled and packaged..easy not to get mixed up! And spare parts, how wonderful.

My husband assembled this table in less than an hour and we're really happy with the way it looks. It matches the Manhattan Room Divider we also purchased and our coffee table (which is expensive). The product is really heavy when it's delivered but the delivery guy will bring it right into your living room. Great product and quick delivery.

These side tables were just what I needed to complement my newer couch and room decor. They are modern and sleek looking, and the dark wood is rich in color. Sometimes the drawer sticks on its way back in; that is my one complaint, but it's rectified fairly easily with a firm nudge. The size of the drawer and amount of storage space is nice.

I bought this piece at the Super Target in Frisco TX. It went together easily enough but the bottom shelf and the whole top comes apart if moved, or if anything is put on the top shelf, none of the joints fit together tightly. The holes for the wooden dowels are cut too big and they do not stay together. Extremely frustrating since I also purchased the entire Manhattan set along with this shoddy table. I called the 800 # on the instruction booklet which goes to the Target customer service and t hey informed me that they are aware of the defects in the construction but they have not received enough complaints to do anything about it. Needless to say, I will be returning the whole set to Target. Very, very disappointed. :(
