I have used 2 other flea controls for my bulldog. The first {}, which worked well for 3-4 weeks, but left the coat greasy for a couple days after application. Because of this, I tried another - "Program", a monthly oral medication. This worked very well also - about the same 3-4 weeks. The downfall was I had to order it online. I decided to try something I could get locally - frontline. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The coat was not as greasy as {competitor}, but in less than a we ek he was scratching like crazy! I applied a second coat within a week. It seemed to work for a few days at best - and Frontline was more expensive that the first two items! Wish I could get my money back!

I've used Frontline Plus on my dog, Sienna, a Shepherd/Alaskan Husky mix, for about three years now. I've NEVER found a tick on her. We now live in North Carolina and I've adopted another dog, Rambo, also a Shepherd/Alaskan Husky mix. I have a very wooded backyard and they are out there all the time. No ticks. EVER.Great product!
