Choose your side and challenge your opponents with a new fighting system including Freefall Kombat and Klose Kombat along with dynamic multi-tiered environments. Plus, pick your favorite character from MK or DCU and pursue a fighting adventure in the new single player mode with an intertwined storyline and two unique perspectives.

The graphics are amazing and feel life-like. The moves and combos are flawless. All the characters are pretty good fighters so there is a good challenge. Arcade mode really gets your heart pumping. Story mode can be played on either Mortal Kombat's side or DC Universe's side. The story mode can be beaten in two hours on each side. The first thing that i noticed about this game was that the music really added to the intenseness (hope that's a real word) of the game. It doesn't drag on or not fit the mood of the game. The music isn't annoying either. You barely notice it because it fits the mood so well. The sound effects did get annoying at times because after your opponent does a move (or you attempt one) they say the same thing!!!!!! I had to turn my sound off it got so annoying! One thing about this game that wasn't very realistic was that when you punch someone, blood spurts out. WTF!??? That didn't make sense to me at all but it does help when you want to get some aggression out if you're angry. Overall I recommend anyone to buy this game.
