This gun looks awesome but it has downsides. the stock is really flimsy i recommend putting the raider stock on it it is killer then. and it likes to jam ALOT so better be a pro at it. and the red dot sight is not very accurate. but the attachments are cool and shoots about 25-30 feet even with the barrel im not lying mine shoots further with a barrel. great gun for a pro not for kids stock is to flimsy like i just said!

I Bought My Nerf Recon CS-6 Because I Thought That It Was A Good Toy Gun But I Bought It And The First Time i Used It Got Jammed I Was Mad !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then The Next Day It Was Fixed Then I Was Having A War With My Brothers It Jammed I Tried To Unjamm It I Kept Cocking It Then It Was Broken Never Buy This Toy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER GOING TO BUY A NERF RECON CS-6 AGAIN WOULD NOT RECOMAND TO MY WORST ENEMY

i think this is a good gun cause i had this gun over 2 years and had almost no problems sometimes it may get jammed only because i have put the the darts in the wrong way has 30 feet range without the sniper part in the front. with the part it shots about the same but 25 feet .well product i would but this Nerf gun again .

I have has this gun for about a year and i hate it. All the attachments are kinda nice, but the stock is super flimsy, the sight does work and is accurate only to about 7 feet, and the range is only about 15 feet. It always jams when you reload, you have to have it half-way through cocking it to reload it, and the darts themselve are hard to get in the gun and find after they have been shot.(personally, I have gone over to super soakers. Darts are to much of a problem). I would recommend buying this to give to the other team. Its that bad

this gun is not worth it all the parts just make the gun worse.It jams alot and is hard to fix mine broke because of it. and it only has decent distance without the addon. only buy if your collecting but much better nerf guns out there

It was ok i think for a little kid because it does not shoot that far but if your try to modify the gun to shoot farther it stinks the barrel brakes so for the same price i would recemend the alpha trooper

For ages 6+.. Lady, if you had to return this toy because your 6-year-old wasn't strong enough to work it, I'd recommend spending the $20 on a soccer ball and get them more active. Doesn't really sound fair to blame the product. If an adult can't operate this toy gun, how would they be able to show a child how to use it?

This is a great gun, I'd get it any day, but only use the barrel attachment at close range. It decreases the range by about 5 feet.

I recently got this gun and I have to say that NERF really put some thought into making this. [...] The gun has a reasonable range, around 20-25 feet, which makes this an excellent weapon for indoor play. The different attachments are also a nice touch. The barrel extension actually decreases the range by about two feet, but it looks intimidating on the front of the gun. The stock is a bit flimsy, and the sights only work if you know how to use them. The red dot sight is a bit weak during dayli ght hours, but if playing at night in a dark house it works amazingly well.
