This item didnt come fast enough for my 7 yr. old. That made it all the more special then just a toy that you can buy right away. when it did arrive it was better then we had thought. It's sturdy and easy to use. since there is a place to store everything parts don't go missing.This is something I have watched my daughter enjoy and treat with pride. It's not just a video game that stops her from talking to her parents instead she shows us stuff she is doing on it and includes us.

I bought this for my daughter (Age 10) and she loves it, as a matter of fact too addicted to it and so is my little 6-yr old boy.

I purchased this item as a gift because of the great low price. Target is the only store that I know of to ever lower the price. It had remained the same price since I bought mine several years ago. Yeah Target! I know from personal experience that kids and adults alike have great fun using the Nintendo DS Lite. I own one, bought one for my sister, paid half of the cost for two nieces and one nephew, besides this one. I have also purchased many games. There is a great selection of games for all ages and interests. No one I know has ever had any problems with this product. I highly recommend purchasing a Nintendo DS Lite.

i saw the nuntendo ds by my friend's child and then i decid to buy it to my child for his birthday. it was a great idea... my child was so happy and grateful... i have never saw him like it. the price was comfortable and the colour was cool. best buy for best price. tnx [...]!

While the Nintendo DS Lite is generally outclassed by its successors in the handheld field, it's still the best system to play Game Boy Advance games on. The Lite unfortunately can't access online play with WPA/2 keys and can only use WEP keys or unsecured networks. A definite step up from the original.

I admit I bought this DS lite for myself! While it is not the latest model (Nintendo has the DS XL and the 3DS now), I was happy to have a basic game system. This one plays DS games, as well as Nintendo GBA games. Target shipped my item quickly, and it was delivered on the scheduled delivery date in great shape. Very convenient being that I could not get to the store myself that week, and the price cut was a plus!

My kids have this DS Lite and when we all must go grocery shopping, in the car when tagging along during errands with me, they are entertained by this game system. They can download their fave music, take pictures and connect to the internet when they need to. Wish I had bought myself one!
