We bought the Oneida rack for roasting a prime rib roast. Our roast was 9.5 lbs. It cooked the roast fine. Upon washing, however, we noticed that everywhere the rack came in contact with the pan there were little holes ground into the Teflon coating. This was the first time we used this pan, we did not even touch the bottom with a utensil and a 10 pound roast is not outrageously heavy. Thus, there is no justification for the weak Teflon coating. For me, having a chipped or scratched Teflon bott om renders the pan useless. I can't roast potatoes, make gravy or anything that would require stirring or scraping. I use non stick carefully, loving it [...] This was a waste of money and I am bringing it back.

I listened to the other review and I'm happy. This was the most reasonably priced, well made roasting pan I could find in time for Thanksgiving. It seems sturdy and can handle up to 22 pounds. It is non-stick. There's plenty of room under the rack for veggies. Also, delivery was quick. Well worth it! Looking forward to Turkey Day!

This pan has very nice locking thick handles for making it easier to lift a 22lb turkey. Extremely durable/solid!! Definitely non-stick so very easy to clean even the rack. Rack slides back'n forth a little assuming it has to leave a little room for getting juices for basting. The price is very reasonable for such a great product. You'll love it! Try there commercial bakeware too!!
