Oster Personal Blender product details page

I blend banana, coconut water, blueberries, watermelon, and, a scoop of weight powder every morning. No I do not use ice because everything is refrigerator cold. I am disappointed with this Oster Personal Blenders because, after 30 uses the motor seized and I could not get the blade off the unit. There were no leaks or odors. It just locked up. I will look for something else.

Unless you want to mix a banana puree and milk, something soft, this blender is NOT worth it! It is extremely overpriced for 125 watts.

I bought this blender yesterday and used it for the first time today. It was easy to use and the switching of the caps is a quick process! I think I used too much ice because I had to use a straw to drink my smoothie but other than that, I love it! Granted it's only the first use, I guess I'll have to revisit after a few more uses. I'm excited though. It is amazing. Chopped up my ice like no other.

I bought this about 2 months ago and I make my husband breakfast shakes every morning. I haven't had any problems except for sometimes it has a funny plastic smell which I figure is normal and sometimes since I use ice and frozen fruit I have to take it off and shake it up because the ingredients get stuck together. I wish the replacement cup was a little cheaper because I would like a second cup for myself but over all I do like this product and would recommend it very convenient and compact g lad I purchased it.

I had a small personal blender that I got for [$] bucks at [Retailer} and used for 3 years on a regular basis. When it broke, I replaced it with this one. Which leaked EVERYWHERE, through the base, all over my kitchen. Then, to add insult to injury, I couldn't twist the blender base off the cup. Unfortunately, I threw out the receipt and the box or else I would return it immediately. DO NOT BUY THIS BLENDER.

I purchased this blender hoping it would be perfect for my breakfast smoothies that I make each morning...I was wrong! After about two weeks of daily use it started leaking so badly that I will be replacing it this afternoon.

I had the similar small blender made by Hamilton Beach for 2 years, but I finally broke the cup and realized the new version had a smaller cup (I like big smoothies for breakfast). I decided to spend twice the money on this one because it was 20 oz, as opposed to 16 oz. and it looked easier to clean. Here are the MANY design flaws:1) The cup is too large in diameter to fit into many car cup holders. 2) The lid of the cup does not stay closed, so if the cup tips it will spill all over!3) The lid has this extended area that you drink from which catches leaves a lot of liquid that then leaks out of the back opening and all over the cup and wherever the cup is sitting.4) The cup is not easy to clean. You need a bottle brush to clean it. 5) If you lock the cup on blend, it gets stuck and unscrews the bottom while you are trying to unlock it.I have used this item for 4 days and I now have smoothie all over everything... my car floor and seats, my purse, and my scrubs. I think this product went straight from the design department to the shelves without any testing whatsoever!

Oh where to start with this beauty. I went in with a mission to buy the Bullet, but then saw this for half the price with the same wattage (250). I've had it for a little while now and I use it every single day! (Sometimes twice!) I'm a nurse and I wanted something quick and easy to use that I could bring with me to work. I make a lot of green/protein/fruit packed smoothies and this chomps through it all in a snap. At first I was nervous to put whole frozen strawberries in, fearing that they wo uld break it, but no way! It pulverizes the little suckers. Ya, maybe it's loud like one of the other reviews said, but isn't every blender noisy? I found it to be very sturdy too. After I'm done with my smoothie, I wash it out and use it as a water bottle! Great buy!

I'm so sad because I really liked the convenience factor (and the color!) of this blender. But sadly, this thing is a piece of junk. I have had it now for less than a month and it's broken... leaking all over the place. The lid is a peice of crap too I just never used the lid so I wasn't worried about it. It is also very noisy. I spent more money on this one because I thought it would be better quality and it isn't. I'm just hoping I can still get my money back on it!

I was hoping to find the cups on here to buy more of. I got the yellow one and I pack it in my bag to go to work. I put the juice/water/milk in it and fruit and when im ready to blend it I add my protein and plug it in and zap up a quick smoothie at work. I am actually pleased enough that I am considering just buying one to leave at my work!
