I probably should wait to write a review because my kettle literally just arrived and I've only taken it out of the box...haven't used it yet. But I wanted to be sure to review it. I had read on another site that someone was disappointed in the color because they felt it wasn't red like the photo, but more burgundy. I want to say that while this is a deeper red, it is definitely NOT burgundy! I think it's a beautiful color and will go well with standard red...my red [brand] mixer cover was righ t next to it...as well as deeper red shades. It looks great on my stove and can't wait to try it later!

I received this kettle in Robin's Egg Blue to match my pots and pans, and my husband and I are loving it. It looks great sitting on the stove. It makes the kitchen feel very homey. We both love tea, and have a rather large collection, as well as teapots that cannot be used on the stove. We enjoy using the kettle to pour hot water straight into teacups, or using it to fill our fancy teapots for serving. Very happy with this!

Have been shopping around online for awhile looking for a teakettle. Found this one, after reading other reviews, ordered it and could not be happier with my decision. The kettle is well made, sturdy and true to its advertised color. Will probably purchase another for gifting.

This teapot was a gift for my mom. She was using a leaky kettle and would never buy herself one. It pours easily and you can put teabags in the top. She loved the color. Her comment to me was, "I've never owned anything by Paula Deen."

At first I hesitated because it has a country look to its design, but I bought it anyway because of the color. When it arrived I was amazed by how well it is made. The beautiful color is true to its online image, and it performs absolutely perfectly. No drips, heats quickly, does what its supposed to do. Very glad to have it. Thanks Paula Deen!

I love this tea kettle. Is it beautiful & is high quality. Just a heads up for anyone who doesn't know...this doesn't have a whistle to let you know it is done boiling. Great kettle!

I got this for my parents for Christmas. They both loved it and aso the color ( i got red). Both enjoy this every evening.

This is the first teapot I have ever owned and it is worth the wait! It is so much prettier and nicer looking in person than on the website. It is a nice heavy weight, but not too heavy. My only regret is that it doesn't whistle. This really is an exact match to the other Paula Deen cookware and coffee pot I purchased. It looks elegant on my stovetop and works well on my gas stove with no problems. Finally I can pour water for my tea without spilling it all over the counter trying to use a boil er!
