This was a gift for a family with multiple cell phones, Ipods and DS game. It saves having a whole bunch of chargers plugged in at once.

It is wire-LESS if you have multiple devices to charge.. but i really just have my iPhone. I have an iHome that charged my iPOD.. and then other than that.. nothing else really. So when the iPhone 4 addition case came out... i was super excited and got this mat since i do travel alot. I was very disappointed that you had to align the case PERFECTLY for the connection to charge. I have not placed my iPhone4 on the mat without having to lift it up and down for it to align perfectly with the magne t connection. It was not as fluid as I anticipated it to be. It would be 10 times faster to just plug it in with the charger the phone came with. And since i only have my iPhone to charge.. the amount of wires i have isnt worth this product. I am very disappointed.

I would give a NO star for this product. This made our new year eve a very very BAD day. This product was given to nearly 200 employees of our office in India and the happiness of the new year gift was immediately turned into sadness when we opened that.HOW DO THEY JUSTIFY THIS PRODUCT AS A UNIVERSAL CHARGER? For each and every mobile, we need to purchase separate receiver? This way, how would it become a universal charger? And, they think the universal receiver (POWERCUBE) is being provided for free with the system, ah? but it serves a very few devices. Each tip needs to be purchased separately for many categories of cell phones and they never bothered about the fast running brands like "NOKIA". None of the 7 free pins fit the NOKIA series. And, if we are purchasing a pin too for each mobile then whats the difference between the normal way of charging and their powercube charging? Both are with wires only, right? Then how do they call it as a cord less and how can they say "lose the cords"? We can easily go for the regular chargers instead. And, the conclusion is no one can use this powermat immediately after purchase. One needs to gather the enhancements for additional $$s.Finally, a worst comparison for this waste product is its like traveling in a Luxury class from Las Vegas to Las angeles bypassing NewYork, Texas, Washington DC, etc where as we usually take an economy class without bypassing these.

Unbelievable!

This is such an amazing product! Gets rid of all the cluttered cords and really cleans up a space! Will be great for travel since there will be no need for charger cords anymore! Yes, the adapters may be expensive, but it is so worth it. At any rate, the only adapters you would need would be for more expensive electronics, such as Blackberry's and iPod Touch, in which case you should be use to spending more money for a better product. :)

This product is absolutely horrible. First you buy the mat and with it you recieve one powercube to charge one device. That cost .....$, at first i thought i only needed to plug in the mat then let the device sit on it. But instead I need to buy a ....$ dollar attatchment for an indivisual device to charge. I found this to be to costly on my side and am deciding to return the product and stick to my AC adapters.

This contraption is terrible. It requires you to purchase not only the mat, but accessories for each device you choose to charge. Once you put the accessory on the iphone, you loose your docking connector and are forced to connect using the included mini USB cable. It also makes your iphone from small and sleek to large and fat. Used on a blackberry, the effects are not as bad. Placing the accessory on the blackberry is as easy as replacing the rear cover. This is actually quite convenient. I d on't understand - why purchase a "wireless charging dock" since all this is going to do is sit on the mat all the time??? This device is pointless -- give it a few years for phones to have this built in - then it will be worth investing in JUST THE MAT.

Amazing! Finally its Here!

I have been waiting years for this product to come out.No need to carry extra wires around. Love this product, very useful! Charging takes a little longer then plugging in to a direct AC but, its still worth it! Great price!
