Prince: LotusFlow3r 3-CD Set - Only at Target product details page

So as usual I love when Prince cuts loose. But its sad he needs to sell another female he likes. She is average.. So best beware.. one cd is not Prince. One is.

The artist known as Prince,has once again delivered a mixed bag of sounds on his part and a new female protege too boot.He is at his best with a wailing funk sound and horns screamming over his silk like vocals.Albeit his soft tender ballads for the romantic's among us also are here for your enjoyment.

This CD is okay, it has some good songs on it. I have definately heard some better Prince albums and hope to hear more in the future.

I've been a Prince fan since 1980 and watched him get more and more dull with each release. It's so hard to believe that the man who crafted such wonderful melodies and lyrics back in the 80s can't even come close anymore. There's only one song on here worth a second listen and I can't remember the name of the song ... that's how bad it is. Listened to one song of the Bria disc and had to take it out. I KNOW he's got it in him to write a disc's worth of hits but it's like he doesn't want to do that. I'll keep buying his music because I'm a fan for life, but it gets more and more difficult with each passing disc.

If Lotusflow3r is not nominated for a Grammy, I will be sorely dissappointed. Even MPLSoUND is Grammy worthy. I have been a true fan since I was a young child. I even went to Prince's Purple Rain concert with my mom when I was 9 yrs old. Anyway, these two albums are brillant. Each song on Lotusflow3r shows why Prince is the talented musician he is. MPLSoUND reminds me of his early funk days and makes me want to get up and dance all night. Bria Valente's album is nice but I did expect more. What a smart decision to have 3 cd's in one and all for $! A must have for any new or existing Prince Fan!!!

I have been a fan of Prince for years and I must admit his last few cd's didn't do it for me but I'm a fan so I buy them and check them out. I looked forward to buying and listening to this one as well, all I can say is Prince is still a great artist!!! I have listened to all three disc and they all are wonderful. He pull some of this music out of the vault I'm sure, it has some of his old flavor to it. I was real impressed with the new beautiful young Bria's cd, she sounds wonderful. My 7 and 8 year old daughters love track 8 on MPLSound! Thanks Prince!!!!!

As always, it's Prince and it is great. The included 3rd cd is also pretty good, can definitly hear the Prince influence.

I have only listened to the LotusFlow3r and MPLsound, both are fantastic. I believe these are from his "vault", you can pick up the style and sound from previous albums over the years. As always, Prince doesn't disappoint. After a few listens the songs totally grow on you.

My youngest son bought anything that PRINCE created, I inherited his huge collection and got hooked myself. Some PRINCE songs are not for me but then again some i love, and this 3-CD (if not all by PRINCE) I love. As usual he is a great artist. I will certainly recommend it to any PRINCE lover! First off I was really excited to find out that Prince put out a new album and I found it on line only at Target. I truely enjoy this CD set, the price is right and the music is phenominal. Prince took a step back in time for some of this music and as always he makes it work. He does an outstanding remake of the song 'Crimson and Clover', his song 'Dance 4 Me' has kept me from sleeping, it's a great song you just have to play over and over and it makes your feet move. He touches every aspect of music from R&B, to soul, to rock, to some good old fashion jazz and some true funk. I would truely recommend this album.
