As of those negative comments, I can honestly say they didn't follow instructions and didn't do it right. I was skeptical at first because I was afraid it would fry my wet hair and I was looking to save the blow drying time. It was so inexpensive that I didn't think it would work. So I saved the package just in case I had to return it. It definetely worked. I have not done the keratin treatment in 7 months and I'm no longer going to my hair dresser every week to get my hair blow dried professio nally. I'm saving tons of money from the keratin treatments and the blow drying at the salon. I wash my hair towel dry it and I separate in sections and start working the iron through my hair. I love it, it's absolutely incredible. My hair is so straight, silky, and shiny. Sometimes is so straight that I have to use my InStyler to give me a little body.

I have extremely curly think dark hair. I used to not ever have my hair straight, in fear it would either kill it and it was to much work. Now with this flat iron, I use it all the time! It works so well, and I have had multiple of my friends tell me that it is like magic it works so well! I use the wet feature sometimes and sometimes I don't. I usually put it on 390, but my friends use it on 350. This works on every hair type, makes your hair incredibly soft, and over all, I think works bett er than a [brand]. I would strongly recommend getting this. It is inexpensive but is very affective.

This is a great flat iron. I'm mixed so my hair is very curly but this flat iron makes my hair look like it's very straight.It's very well priced to, my old flat iron was a lot of money and it didn't work nearly as good as this one. I would highly recommend it!

I bought this to use on my child's fine, resistant, extra curly and chemically treated hair and it just didn't straighten it. I returned it.

I believe it works as advertised. I have thick wavy hair and this straightens without any problem. I like that I don't have to blow dry first and eliminates 2 separate products.

I have been using high end straighteners on my fine, curly, chemically treated blonde hair for years, only to be frustrated by damaged looking hair. When I considered purchasing the wet to dry, I was torn, having read mixed love-hate reviews. At the checkout, the clerk verified that I could return the item if unhappy. Since then, I have used it at least 20 times to straighten my hair, and it looks better than ever- soft, silky, and shiny. My split ends appear as if they have been repaired! He re are some possible secrets of my success. First of all, I thoroughly towel dry my hair, so it is more damp than wet. Then, I comb in a keratin based conditioner. I also use a straightening serum. I keep the iron on the lowest setting of 15. If you see steam, your hair is at risk for frying, and your iron is on too high of a setting. Granted, it does take a little longer to straighten, but given that my hair looks so great, it's worth the extra time! Love skipping the blow drying step!

This is the best straightner that I have ever had! It makes my hair so soft. Love the color too! Would recommend to everyone.
