I love it! It gives a great "just braided" look or a really defined wave look! Does take a little to set into the hair but its great other than that!

It's ok...

I got this waver for Christmas. I haven't used it on all of my hair yet because it takes a long time. I have medium-thick hair so, again, it takes a while. It's easy to hold and use. When your done it looks like you just braided it. The only thing thats better than braiding it is that this doesn't make your hair frizz. If your going to buy a waver, I would buy a different one. [$]. It is a good waver, but not the best one on the market.

this waver takes a while to heat up, am use to just plugging things in and they are already hot. but i guess this is okay, it takes a while for me to do my hair wavy but when you have time its great.

Great product!

Before buying this product, I would sleep in braids the night before, but my hair would never be the way I wanted it. I have medium-thick hair, so when using this product I have to do small sections of hair at a time. It does take a little while to finish my whole head of hair, but when it's done I absolutely love it! If your hair does not stay curly like mine(my hair is naturally flat as a board), I would suggest using a little hair spray to keep the waves in for a longer period of time.Great product and recommend trying it!

It did heat up fast, and got hot enough to do the job. Just needed something with bigger barrels. I purchased in hopes of enhancing my naturally wavy hair, could see working for straight fine hair.

Didn't even work!

I saved up money to buy a crimper so I could get wavy, beachy like hair. First of all it takes half an hour to even heat up! Second, It doesnt't get very hot so it dosn't even make ANY waves at all! I will be taking this back. Trust my opinion and don't get this!

Fun for a night out

I really liked this iron for doing my hair on a night out however I wish it heated faster and got a little hotter as it would speed up the process.

love it

The end result is that my hair looks like when you have it braided all day and then take it out. I love it. "Beachy waves" is also a way to describe it.I have rather thin hair, at least it's not thick. You must do the crown part of your hair aside of the lower part of your scalp. It took me about 30 minutes and my hair is barely past my shoulders. Each time I clamped it down I held it for about 10 seconds. If the section was thicker I held if for longer. The clamp is strong. Also I st arted at my scalp and it wasn't poofy on me.I really doubt this would work on thick hair, or the sections would have to be really thin and it would take forever. :) ALSO: you must let it warm up for at least 6 minutes or longer. That's the only down-side.

Wonderfu!!!

I received this waver for my birthday last year. I absolutely love it. I have had no problems with it whatsoever. I have medium-thin hair. I do not use any products except for a heat protectant & a little spray gel for hold. Overall, this was a GREAT purchase.
