My boyfriend was hinting for this for his birthday present...so I bought it for him. What a wonderful present to me as well! The chicken is so juicy and we can and have cooked steaks and hamburgers. I feel like we are eating healthier and yummier! I would definately recommend this to everyone!

We have had our first one for 12 years, and i cant tell you how great it has been, when it comes to cooking,every holiday or just supper, like Ronco said set it and forget it, it will make you look like a great chef. for the people comments about wife,,lol,,give me a break, and the guy threw it away because you could'nt read the derections, now that is funny. IT IS THE BEST, and when this one ever plays out I WILL GET ANOTHER ONE.

I had one of these for years, but lost it in my divorce. I decided I can't do without it, so I bought myself a new one! If you haven't tried one of these yet, you should. The food is delicious, clean-up not too bad and I'm sure much healthier than other ways of cooking!Seriously, make the investment - you won't regret it!

I bought it at Sears, less my discount. Brought it home and unpacked it. Already this was worth the money spent. We had so much fun unpacking it, being sure we wouldn't forget how to repack it and take it back. 'Had to use an Xacto-Knife to remove the one gear side from the styrofoam, it was like surgery. Then we read the instructions on the bottom of the box. (OPEN THIS END FIRST...). Anyway, we cooked a five pound chicken in two hours and ate it. PERFECTION is the best word to use, it was jus t what we expected. The skin was done just right, I ate more than ever before. I wasn't noisy, smokey or any of the negative things I read above. My family has had this for about 5 years and it works GREAT. We pretty much only cook prime rib on it, but it cooks the most wonderful prime rib that you've ever had and I highly recommend it.

I have had my rotisserie for a while and I use it frequently. If you tie up the chicken or turkey like the instructions tell you to, then you don't have any problems with smoking or burning. If you are the type of person who is not able to follow the directions, then I guess this item is not for you. It cooks the most moist and delicious chicken and turkey. I also use it for kabobs. I love my rotisserie and am thrilled that I own it!

This rotisserie has been nothing but trouble. We have finally had to just throw the whole thing in the trash because during Thanksgiving, the turkey and the spit kept falling off. Also, if your turkey or chicken is not tied up enough, the legs or wings will burn on the heatshield that is right behind the meat. Cooking a chicken also would always smoke up the house and set off the smoke alarms for some reason. There is a serious product malfunction with the spit staying on in the holes for the m eat to turn. This product needs to be pulled from the shelves and redesigned. PLEASE! Do not waste your money on this thing!!!

If you're on the fence, go for it! I use this rotisserie for EVERYTHING! I live on a farm and raise my own meat and poultry. Nothing cooks and preserves the flavor of my fresh, hard earned, farm raised meat and poultry like this appliance! I cook bacon in the baskets and it comes out crisp and delicious (no grease splatters). I cook hamburg patties in the baskets and even use it to grill hotdogs. Then there is the whole roasts, chickens, and turkey breasts, oh my gosh, I almost never use my ove n anymore. I love it so much that I ordered one for my Dad for Father's Day and now I'm here to order one for my In-Laws for Christmas. If you don't like this thing than you're just not using it properly. Its the best! L O V E I T!!!

I've had my rotisserie for 2 years and since day one had trouble with the spit staying on the rotation wheel, and also had trouble with the door. The molding (legs) on the right side weren't sturdy and bend outward causing the door to come off all of the time. For the price we paid, I would have thought the quality would have been better. I suggest you shop around for a more well-made model/brand.

I was a fan until I ordered my second rotisserie after years of having the first one. This rotisserie is poorly made, spit rods do not properly fit. Highly disappointed don't waste your hard earned money on this item. Target very very helpful in resolving problem, I should have taken the refund because the replacement was just as bad.
