Room Essentials Night Stand - White product details page

I wish I could return this, I've seen much cuter and much simpler nightstands since purchasing this. Unless you have hardwood floors, this is not the right type of nighstand for you. And even if you did, it's top heavy and VERY tipsy. It was a waste of an hour to put this thing together, the quality of this nightstand was awful and I don't reccomend it to anyone. The nightstand is made in Denmark and the instructions are not easy. In all, not worth it.

Worth the price, looks modern and does the job. I added a cute chrome knob to the drawer and made it taller by adding different white wood legs.

Assembled this nightstand last night and I love the look, it's simple but not so simple, if that makes any sense. It matches all our white furniture in our bedroom perfectly. I didn't want to pay a lot of money and I also didn't want to compromise with the size. I wanted a decent sized nightstand so I can make it look pretty without looking too cluttered. The size and the price was just what I was looking for. The instructions were a little confusing at first but if you take you time and don't rush you'll be just fine. The quality is great for the price. Sturdy and heavy. Great deal.

In the end the nightstand is very nice. It is top heavy and tippy and I used shims to push it against the back wall and put a lot of books on the lower shelf. I bought two of these for either side of the bed. They look very nice - clean and simple.They are a time consuming to put together, make no mistake. Remember that the screw that holds the slides for the drawer goes on the inside of the drawer! Took me two and half hours for the both of them. I'm a small female with a lot of experience in putting together these things. In the end it all works out but be prepared to put your time in. You certainly can't beat the price and now that they are finished I'm quite happy with them.

I am currently re-doing my room in a black and white vintage meets modern theme. I bought two of these nightstands, one for beside my bed & one for my t.v. and dvd player. These are exceptional! The drawers glide without noise and are easy to open and close. For me, it took me one hour to put one together. HOWEVER, I've never put together furniture in my life.[...] the parts were available and sized right. It was also very easy to drill a hole in the back of the Night Stand so I could set m y dvd player on the bottom shelf. On the night stand by my bed, I have enough room for my good sized plant, my alarm clock, and a few books. GREAT product-good price. The only thing I would be concerned about is water getting on this product. The material it is made of works as a sponge, and it will absorb the water.[...] Another BIG bonus about this night stand is the bottom of it. It has a wood piece, as you can see in the picture. Not only does this give the item a unique look, it keeps small objects (remots, small animals, beads, whatever may fall under it) from going out of reach! Great job Target! :)

I just bought 2 of these nightstands for my bedroom remodel. They are made in Denmark[...] It took me 1 hour (with a hammer & screwdriver) to put the table together--if you follow the directions slowly (turn off the TV & put on some music for focusing) they will lead you through the whole construction process easily. It's an intelligent and well-thought-out design.The tables are modern, functional, and of good quality for the price.

I've been looking for a decent set of nightstands for some time now, wanted white, sleek, modern. Gave Target a try since I shop there very often. Pretty much exactly the style I wanted. Packaged just fine (bought in store, you can look to see what stores have them in stock). Took me about an hour to assemble, yea there's pieces, and glue and bolts. You need a screwdriver and a rubber mallet. Just follow the directions, and take your time.Bottom line, the things cute, it went together perfectly , draw glides like butter. You can't beat this for the money.25yof

I was so excitied to get this night stand while I saw the ad online. The picture looks so great, and I was so worried that the night stand may be out of stock. However, after I bought it, my boyfriend found that was very complicatied to put it together. It is not because we are inexperienced with this kind of stuff but the instruction they gave it to us was confusing. Nice product but not sure if it is worthy to spend that much time on putting it together.

This is a nice enough finished product for the $. It is definitely a pain to assemble. Took about an hour. I usually dont mind assembly stuff, but this just had so many darn pieces. However, if you are careful to follow the directions you'll be fine. (Im just glad I didnt have my husband do it... he would've lost his mind.)

I decided to buy just one of these nightstands to give it a try, and I am really happy with it! Going back to get the second one tonight. Pros:- Packaged really well. I purchased this in white, and everything was in good shape. No scuffs or knicks to any of the boards upon opening.- The finished product looks great! Good amount of surface area, and the drawer is perfect for a couple of books and magazines.Cons: - Assembly is not easy. The nightstand comes in a lot of pieces, but the instruction s are very thorough. - It's constructed of particle board, but if you are buying a nightstand for $, you probably shouldn't be expecting anything too fancy.
