I thought this product was going to shorten the time I spent ironing. I was wrong. First of all, the manual says it heats up in 1 minute. It took around 5 minutes to heat up. I would have been done with 1 dress shirt with my current iron which heats up in 30 seconds. The steam lasts for maybe 15 minutes and then you have to refill. So if you are ironing more than a few garments, plan on refilling often. Also there's hardly any steam. The product needs to be right up to the garment in order for it to work properly. I say it doesn't shorten the time because instead of iron, flip, iron, flip, you set it up on the vertical board and you clip it in place. So it's iron, clip, iron, clip. Good for freshening up, but doesn't replace an iron.

This steamer is great! Really takes the wrinkles out of clothes and is super easy to use.

Super easy to use. Almost perfect results every time. I would, and have, definitely recommend this to friends. If you'd like your clothes to be wrinkle free in a fraction of the amount of time you used to spend ironing, get this!

I have one other EuroShark product, their portable mini vacuum, and this thing is similar. It's small and simple, but with a good bit of power, and does exactly what it should. I've seen other types of steamers with a rack and I like this better because it's more flexible. You can set it up any way that makes sense for you and it really works, puts out a lot of steam. The only caveat is that it's a weighty. Works well if you're doing several shirts, but if you were using it all day, or if you have arthritis or such, you should probably get one with a hose where the heavy steam making parts are on the floor.

finally, a steamer that works! i have TONS of clothes that i cannot wear because i never have the time or patience to iron. i decided to give this a try and im so glad i did. it takes a few practice tries to get your garment just right. the clips are an important part of the steaming process. they keep the garment taut thus easier to smooth out. the only neg. thing i have to say about this steamer is it is quite heavy, so steaming a few pieces at a time can become bothersome to the wrist. other than that, you will NOT be disappointed!

My daughter is a wardrobe stylist in the feature film and television commercial industry in both New York and Los Angeles. I bought the Shark Garment Care Steamer from Target and had it shipped to her in New York. Because of her line of work it's important she looks good on and off set. I also thought it would make a great addition to her wardrobe kit while working 'on set' and 'on location'. She LOVES it and uses it every day! So far I'm a fan of this steamer. It gets the wrinkles out when pressed to the garment, though it doesn't seem to have the same steaming power from a couple inches away as other steamers I've tried in the past. The vertical ironing pad that's included is great, and all the accessories appear to make the steamer capable of a wide range of things. The cord is far too long for my purposes--though it could be helpful for household use, I just find it a little annoying. But my biggest issue is that the steamer unit itself is a little heavy, which gets to be a pain when I'm steaming something that takes a little more time. Finally, the water seems to run out really fast.

I needed a steamer at the last minute and chose this one because of it's size. It performed better than any other one I have used in the past.

I received the press & refresh steamer as an early Xmas gift and I couldnt be more thrilled! It's extremely easy to use and so far the results are great. The wrinkle eraser (love the name) acts like a mini iron to remove wrinkles fast. The extra long cord makes it simple to navigate around the room to freshen my curtains and sofa without switching outlets. The only drawback I can find, Id love to have a bag to store the accessories.If you're still looking for that perfect Xmas gift for some one, I absolutely recommend this product!
