I love this mop it makes cleaning my floors so easy, I have 4 kids so I don't have alot of time to scrub my floors. The steam mop is awesome the scrub mode gets all the sticky messes off the floor with no effort at all. Also love no longer using chemicals on my floors!!

I love this product. I mkaes cleaning my all tile apartment much easier. My stairs are wood so its nice to have the dust setting for those. The water tank could be a bit bigger. I find myself running out of water rather quickly. I LOVE that is has the pull off steam tool. Its great for loads of things. I tried to clean my broiler with the steam tool, and the steam pocket for it hasn't really came clean since. It would be nice if it came with two of them. Overall I very much like this produ ct and I look forward to using it for a long time!!

I am 8 months pregnant and could no longer mop the floor...this has to be one of the best purchases I have ever made. Cleans the floor with ease...no straining at all. LOVE IT!!!!

Love this product. It does what it promise. Mop, dust etc. Wonderful! At Target. price was reasonable.

I LOVE this mop, I have high-quality laminate flooring, tile, and linoleum in my home and I use it on all of them. I had the standard Euro Pro with the interchangeable heads and I LOVED IT. I got sidetracked when I was cleaning, unplugged the mop and stuck it in the corner of my laundry room so I could answer the door and I FORGOT about the mop until the next evening! I emptied the remaining water out and put fresh in but there is something about leaving water in it for an extended period of ti me that causes major damage. It CLEARLY states in the user guide that you cannot leave water in the machine.You may have streaking when you clean your floor for the 1st time with this. 50/50 solution of white vinegar and warm water in a spray bottle and lightly sprayed the floor 1st then went over it with the steam mop and it removed the streaks just fine. JUST MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS IN THE OWNERS MANUAL AND DON'T LEAVE ANY WATER IN IT AT ALL!

I'm such a pushover for anything that will make housework easier and yet I paused before buying this Shark. Then a helpful clerk came along and told me her mother loved hers but I was still skeptical. Today I assembled it easily and fired it up. My porcelain tile floors look terrific and it was easy to use. I wish I'd had this when my own mother was alive when I was doing floors daily. And by the way, when it came to washing two pads, I put them in separate lingerie bags and washed them wit h a throw rug.

I saw a commercial for a lower end model of this product and thought it would be worth researching. Am I glad I looked into it further. I went to my local Target yesterday, bought it, came home and had it set up and ready to go within a few minutes. I steam mopped ceramic tile, vinyl, and hardwood...even used it on the basement laundry room floor, which is concrete...took all of about fifteen minutes or so. This product was so easy to use and the floors came out shiny, sanitized, and squeak y clean. I set it on high steam, and did not have to refill the tank through a bathroom, foyer, kitchen, and laundry room floor. No more buckets, mops, wringing, scrubbing, or product build-up for me! Since this model has three washable, looped mop-head covers, there's no purchasing of additional pads...you just slip the cover off and throw it into the washer. If you think of the savings on floor chemicals, time, and wear and tear on your back, it's probably worth the amount spent.

I have tried hoover spin brush system.. HATE that. Now i got this steamer from Target, It work g8 so far. Love it. My tiles shine more n clean feeling too.

I didn't realize when I was waiting for the mop to heat up, it was steaming the polyurethane wood floors and left a wet ring spot due to the excessive steam. For future customers, just make sure you don't leave it in one spot for long. Otherwise I love how this works!
