Shark Steam Mop - Gray/Purple product details page

first off, i luv all shark products. i usually use a Monster steam cleaner but found this shark to be awesome for everyday cleaning. ive never had a problem with this mop. no streaking, no spots. nice long cord and the micofiber pads are great. ive never had a problem with the steam. always produced alot of steam for me. would recommend it to anyone along with all the shark products.

I cant believe this mop used to cost almost [$$$] dollars. I would have been extremely mad. I thought WOW I've wanted this thing and now its under [$$] dollars. Its not what I was expecting and i am VERY disappointed. I lost my receipt so there's not much I can do about it. Im stuck with this [bad] mop. There are so many issues with it but Target.com wont let me list all of it because I need to stay within the 1000 character limit. Just know it doesnt pick up even 50 percent of what it says and lets out very little steam. Save your money.

This steam mop is a time shaver and you save money by not buying floor cleaner!!!! just plug in and mop!!

I've used a [...] steam mop for several years and have always been very happy with the cleanliness of my floors. Unfortunately, my [...] recently broke and I got this Shark as a Christmas gift. I've tried it twice now and both times it left a streaky film on my floors. This mop doesn't get the steam as hot as others so it takes a lot longer to clean up stuck on grime than it does with other mops. I'm returning this and getting the [...] instead... the reviews on it are great!

I've had this steam mop for about 2 years now. At first, I loved it. It didn't get things quite as clean as when I got down on hands and knees, and hand scrubbed the floor, but it was enough for a daily cleaning. I would simply get deep down clean, by hand scrubbing, once a week. After about two years, in the middle of cleaning, it died. I'm very disappointed. I would think it should work a bit longer than two years.

This is the best invention ever i love how clean it leaves the floors! And i like the idea that it sanitizes....and i noticed a lot of people saying it leaves water marks...i find using distilled water avoids this just as it does in irons!

We just moved into a new house, which has linoleum all throughout the kitchen, entryway, and 1st floor half bath, and hardwoods in all four bedrooms, so I thought the investment would be worth it. This became more obvious after I used my Swiffer Wet Jet on the linoleum and discovered that the cleaning pad was a disgusting dark brown from all the dirt (the linoleum is supposed to look like a marbled tile, so the dirt is much harder to see). I bought the mop today, followed the directions, and we nt to work. When I finished with the linoleum, I was very happy (and also disgusted) to see how much more dirt the Shark Steam Mop had gotten off of the floor. The kitchen is probably the most used room in our home, and with a cat wandering around, this steam mop has already paid for itself. A great buy, and one I would recommend to anyone!

The mop works great. Our floors I have now decided are beyond hope, this was the only thing I had left to try. Easy to push, cleans great. Takes a little while on tough spots, but you don't have to scrub.
