I have the full alphabet set and the 5 and 7 trays. These are awesome as ice cube trays. Good idea to make candy with them except they should have been made "backwards". You pour in the melted chocolate and smooth. Bubbles come to the top and you will drive yourself nuts trying to make it perfect becuase this is the side everyone will see. But the backside (part in the mold) looks perfect. These should have been designed so you pour into the mold backwards and when you pop them out th ey look great from the "right" side.

I love these things! This is by the far the best quality brand out there too (i've pretty much tried them all)These take a beating and never rip or tear and have provided countless birthday party and special occasion breakfasts/dinners/dessert surprises!!!I even saw an image where someone poured concrete into these things to make concrete letters - how cool is that!!!Get these!
