I bought the Lady Rose and took it back after I saw this one. I love it. It is a little rough but that is just the fabric and it doesn't bother me at all. I don't sleep with the ruffle pillows but just use those as decoration. The set looks so great mixed with other floral pillows from the shabby chic collection. Classic feel!

I love the way the duvet and shams look. The linen is nice for spring and summer. I didn't find the fabric rough [...], but it may feel rough to someone not familiar with linen. The first picture depicts the oatmeal color as it actually is, while the second picture with the iron bed doesn't.

This modestly priced duvet has the details of the most expensive duvet covers. The linen makes this soft and oh so comfy. If you look closely at the photo, there is a seam down each side about 15" in, so you'll see it on your bed, which I personally love. I could do without the ruffles on the shams, and may remake them to suit our style. A great buy, and I'm very happy with it.

I'd recommend this wonderful linen duvet set.It's so stylish and will go with any decor.The quality is wonderful and it looks beautifl on my bed.

I bought this bedding because it was neutral, and not so floral. When I bought this I was looking for something that would hold up, I have a large dog that jumps,sleeps, and sometimes chews toys on my bed. This cleans nicely and looks very nice on the bed, and after the second wash the fabric has softened up.It has held up well through all the abuse.

I really do not know anything about this item as it was purchased for a wedding present, in July 2011. I do know that the bride was wanting it very very, very much.

I love the Simply Shabby Chic brand, and the Oatmeal Linen Duvet went beyond my expectations. From the ruffled shams to the light linen fabric, it is the perfect addition to any cottage bedroom.

hate the shams... too ruffly... but the duvet cover itself is fantastic and was exactly what i was looking for: simple, nice quality, good price.

Bought this about 2 mos ago and have been using it since. While I love the look, the material is a bit rough. I use the shams on the more decorative pillows, rather than on the pillows we sleep on, to avoid our faces coming in contact with the material. I was hoping for a little more softness after a few washes, but it's maintained the rough feel. Other than that, very happy with the purchase.

I saw the blue linen duvet in the store and loved it but wanted a neutral so I saw oatmeal color online and ordered it. It was great looking.
