This purchase was very disappointing. It certainly doesn't seem like Smith & Hawken quality, it also wasn't branded as Smith & Hawken when we received it like some of the other S & H pieces we received from Target. We purchased the dining table, 6 of these chairs, and the sectional sofa. One of the arms of the chairs was completely snapped off which tells us it's not very durable. We returned that set. The finish chips off easily as some of it was already damaged when received. And it was difficult to assemble. The frames were skewed on every chair, manufacturing error, so the bolts and screws didn't align properly which resulted in a difficult installation, forcing us to rig some of the fasteners. If it wasn't so difficult to return, we would have. After you put the time and effort into assembling the pieces, it would be time wasted to return everything. We'll be shopping for a new set in the coming years I'm sure. Don't purchase if you're looking for quality.
