I bought 2 of these lamps in the store. They do not require a harp. I bought 2 white shades at Target that fit perfectly! Love the way these look in my living room.

I bought 2 of these bases at the store and they did have an assortment of shades that fit just fine. They do not have a harp installed on them, nor do they need one with the shades Target provides. I bought 2 basic white shades to go with it. Total was around [$$] dollars for 2 lamps and 2 shades. More than I would ever usually spend on lamps but I had a gift card and they look awesome on my dark wood nightstands, up against my black and white themed bedroom. I will say even though the price i s a little steep for a frugal budget, these are significantly cheaper than many similar lamps I found online.

I purchased it....and GUESS WHAT....comes with not HARPS and target does not sell one that will fit...I went to the store and asked.....SHAME on Target...so I am returning the beautiful lamps
