I liked everything about it except the fact that when it folds down, it does not fold completely flat. The black arms you see in the picture, they are attached to a little ledge that hold the book but does not fold - I thought there would be hinges to fold it down. Other than that, it is great. I like that it is SS and you can attach a recipe card too with a magnet OR by using the arms. It will still fit in a drawer when folded. Also, a splash guard would be nice but is not a necessity for my m other, who this was a present for. She claims she loves it. I like that all the parts stay with it - I have one that comes apart into 3 parts that I have to make sure I keep together.

This was the perfect gift. The cookbook holder is the perfect size for the counter, it holds hard cover cookbooks as well as paperback cookbooks, it even holds one sheet of paper recipes. It makes cooking with a recipe much easier. I would highly recommend this for anyone.
