Suave Professionals Dry Shampoo Spray - 5 oz. product details page

This is my favorite of the dry shampoos. It has a nice clean scent, brushes out to leave 0 residue, eliminates any appearance of greasiness at my roots, and overall leaves my hair looking, feeling, and smelling much fresher.

I was very happy with my purchased. Liked the smell, it refreshed my hair. Can't expect a miracle, but it did its job for the time being!

The Suave is SO much better than the Tresseme! I havent seen the Suave in stores yet, but I got it to tip me over the free shipping minimum for another purchase. What a lovely surprise to find that it works better than what I have been using! It doesnt leave your hair with the slightly damp pasty feeling like the Tresseme does. Its a spray thats ultra dry and when you run your fingers through your hair a few minutes afterward, after brushing of course, it feels like clean hair. No white residu e. Its great! The only thing I will say thats not so great is that one of its ingredients is isobutane because its under pressure in the can, so DO NOT use with or near things that are hot. So if you need to reshape your hair with the blow dryer, its best to wait several minutes just in case. Other than that, its superior in every way. It uses a mineral clay to soak up the oil instead of cornstarch, like the other. That may be why its better.

I've tried a few dry shampoos, both sprays and loose powders, and this is by far the best product I've tried. I have bone-straight, fine, dark brown hair and this spray leaves no white residue, but you must massage it into your scalp, of course. My huz can't get enough of the smell...citrus/grapefruit...and just this evening he said he felt so "happy" after burring his face in my hair - TMI?...sorry. I like my hair best the day after I shampoo now because I use this spray and I get body in my hair - which I have NEVER had before! Try it...you can't beat the price. You'll love it, too.

I used to work at a salon where much more expensive dry shampoos were sold. This dry shampoo is only a fraction of the price and works SO MUCH better!.. My guess is that the reason why there have been some low ratings is that you MUST shake the can. It won't work otherwise.. If used as instructed on the can, it works perfectly! The shampoo soaks up the oil as it coats the hair shaft and makes it feel more voluminous. [...]

If you use too much, the smell can be a bit overwhelming. It's fruity, but it kinda reminds me of child medicine. If I have to use a lot, I spray what I need, then use a towel with moose and a lot of the smell leaves while still working. I it's SUPER effective, I love it! My hair gets oily pretty fast, so using this when I have company is a life saver! There are some problem with the can emptying out though, it happened once with me and other site's reviews said it happens a ton. My second bot tle I got I use tape to cover where it could escape, and I've had it working great for a long while now! Recommended!

I purchased Suave Professionals dry shampoo spray within the past 6 months. I have only used it 2 or 3 times - on my bangs - and it works well. But when I got it this morning to use - there was nothing left in the can! Where did it go?

I confess I am a snob when it comes to what brands of hair products I use. I never use Suave. However my hair is extremely oily and I hate having to wash it everyday since it makes my hair weaker, and I don't like using powder because of the scent. I got a coupon in a newspaper for buy one, get one free so I decided to try it. This stuff is amazing!! It smells wonderful, gives my hair body and now my hair is beginning to feel stronger since I only wash it every other day now. I tried [..] when the store was out of the Suave once and it was horrible, I'll never use anything else!

I'm not sure what the negative reviewers are talking about but I absolutely love this dry shampoo. Here's how my friend taught me to use this product and this technique works! ....Wash your hair with your real, water and suds, shampoo .....Blow Dry .....Apply the Suave dry shampoo ....This will make your hair not only look nice but also be cleaner for a few days more than what it would be if you hadn't used the Suave Dry. ....Tip... Re-apply daily...don't only apply the day you wash with re al shampoo. .....Using that technique above, I go about 4 days without a real wash and no one ever notices my hair's dirty. You can thank me later
