Suave Professionals Moisturizing Conditioner - Almond & Shea Butter (14.5 oz.) product details page

I ordered this to use as cowash, not knowing it contains silicones (and the scent is a bit much), so I'll be giving it to someone who doesn't mind the drying/building qualities of same. Fortunately, this wasn't an expensive lesson.

I'll start by saying that I try to baby my hair as much as possible. I hardly color it more than 2-3 shades lighter or darker than it's natural shade, if I color it at all. I don't iron or blow dry that often, and brush it lightly. I have thick hair that's wavy and past my shoulders. It can be temperamental. One week it's soft and bouncy, and the next it has product build up from all the silicone they put in products these days. I had a horrible experience with Aveeno twice, so I had to find so me gentle and cheap products stat. Btw, Aveeno gave me problems I had never had before. Scalp itch, breakouts, and dirty looking/feeling hair. I love this conditioner and the shampoo! I leave this on for a few minutes and then it rinses clean and so silky. The feeling lasts, too! I let my hair air dry and don't have to add other products to help with frizz or shine. It works as well as Redken. I haven't tried the Aveda that it can compare to, but this is amazing haircare. Especially since it's a few bucks. Take a chance, and you won't be sorry.

I only use the conditioner for co washes and it detangles my hair better than the expensive dollar stuff..leaving my hair soft and I have dry hair..shame on TIGI for a having a product name oatmeal and honey and the products has no oats or honey in the bottle..thanks suave for a good product;)

I have extremely porous hair due to over processing and this conditioner gave it the right amount of moisture with out build up.Good for an everyday conditioner and smells heavenly like putting whip cream on your hair.I have not tried the shampoo.

I have long, thick, curly hair. It's thick so it tends to be coarse. This summer with all the humidity has made it especially rough and hard to deal with. I've tried about 4 different shampoo/conditioner combos in the past two months and nothing (even the expensive salon brands) helped. I finally decided to give this cheap stuff a try, not expecting anything good. Within 3 washes, my hair feels the best it has in a year! It's amazing! It's soft, moisturized without being greasy, and best of all , I have hardly any frizz! I would definitely recommend this product and it's sister shampoo!
