Unfortunately had to re-order this item twice. The first delivery, some of the stitching around the edge piping of the cushion was coming undone, and the second order the leg was completely broken off. Though the third time was a charm. Very good quality cushion, easy assembly. Ultimately purchased two chairs. Fairly quick delivery and easy return if you have to (as long you can fit the very large box in your car).

This chaise arrived quickly and was easy to unpack and assemble; the tools required are included. One latch for attaching the adjustable back was slightly bent, but easily fixed.It looks nice with my existing patio furniture from a different set. The pillows are better quality than I expected. I am pleased with the style and comfort: an excellent product for the price!
