I ordered this duvet without ever having seen it or felt it in person and trusted the other review that said it was soft. In person it is beautiful, a little darker and more muted than the picture online. It is more of a plum color than lavender. However it felt a lot scratchier than I had hoped. I thought maybe after washing and drying it would soften up, but it didn't. I haven't decided if it's worth the hassle of returning, but I am very disappointed. It feels like a cheap, scratchy set of s heets - not something I want to cuddle up to.
So pretty! Love it

I've owned this for a little over a month now and I love it!! It's so soft and so pretty. It's just what I was looking for. The puckering gives it just the right amount of decoration so it doesn't look blah but yet it's not overdone with pattern. Highly recommend.

as another reviewer said, it was love at first sight! I scoured shelves and shelves at many stores looking for a duvet cover, when I saw this one, I had to have it! My only complaint is, I can't find them at either of the stores that are close to me because they are sold out of this color, and I can't order it online. My german shepherd tore mine up yesterday and I just got this at christmas so I was less than pleased to say the least. I refuse to get a different one, so I will be checking back at my local store until they get more in! The item adds a wonderful, simple and elegant touch to my bedroom and I love purple! it was simple to put on, and i only had my comforter slide a little once, but since it was tied at the corners, all I had to do was grab the corner and shake it a couple times and it went right back into place! I highly recommend this item if you're looking for a simple and elegant look.
Buttons, buttons, buttons

This bedding looks nice, the one problem it has is that the buttons come off quite easily. So much so that I probably only have half of the buttons left. I have owned this duvet for 1 year now. I have little kids and am always picking up these choking hazards off the floor. I vote to keep looking, isn't as pretty without the buttons on it!

As soon as I saw this I just HAD to purchase it! Its so simple yet gorgeous and purple is my favorite color - it makes my bedroom feel so "regal". The only thing that I didn't like is that I had to purchase the bed skirt separately, other than that this set is a dream and very warm for a cold Wisconsin night.
