I purchased this set recently for my nephew who was turning 5. It turned out to be his favorite gift at the birthday party, and really, that's what counts. Each item has good detail and is perfect to spark a child's imagination. Would definitely purchase again.

Great purchase! We purchased this to go along with our sons halloween costume not only was it great for his costume but he has played with it everyday since! The hat is a little big and once you put the light on the side it was a bit hard to keep on but I glued some foam in it...it stays on great! We love it!!!

I ordered this set to go with my 3 year olds Fireman costume, as it only came with a hat. My son absolutely loved all of the accessories. They seem pretty durable and he is still playing with them at home now that Halloween is gone. The only negative is that some of the accessories can fall out of their holsters when he bends over, so we have to pick them up over and over. Other than that, he loves it!

My 5 year old loves fire trucks, fire fighters, etc. He love this toy and plays with all the items that come with it. The hat is not adjustable but we have so many that did not bother us.

My 2 year old son was so excited to see this toy! He immediately put on the hat and began playing with the fire extinguisher. I thought I'd be able to get the flashlight to work by changing around the batteries so I let him continue to play with the other pieces. The flashlight NEVER worked. The back of the belt fell apart within a week of playing, and when the fire extinguisher fell onto a slate floor from a kitchen countertop, the knob fell off! I will have to return it because it is no longe r safe for him to play with. I remained hopefully initially, but there are now too many "hidden" pieces to make it worth while.

I bought this for my 3 yr old's B'day along with a Bruder firetruck. Quality is just ok for the price, however, the flashlight doesn't work-at all.The belt with sounds is cute and my son loves to press the buttons while putting out 'the fire'. The hat runs big,it def. needs one of those adjustable head frames for the inside, but of course does not have that.Despite the negatives, what kid doesn't like to pretend fireman, my son still loves the set so I guess I don't mind the cheapness of it.

I bought this set expecting to get a cheap plastic but it is all very well made and you really get a lot for the money - SO much stuff that I won't bother to list it all. This is a great set and even though the flashlight barely works and the hat is way too big, it was still well worth the money.

I bought this for my son's third birthday. He LOVED it! It is well made & very durable. He has played with it every day since he received it. In fact, the day of his party we could hardly get him to acknowledge any other gifts. I would definetly recommend this if you have a child who is rough on toys.

My son enjoys playing dress up with this fire fighter play set. He does get frustrated that all the pieces don't connect to the belt. Also, my son is thin so the belt does fall down but that doesn't stop him from playing with it! Glad I purchased this for him.
