People have ask me what it was . And when I tell them they want one. As of todate over 10 of my friends that I camp with have one.You can add ice and a warm beverage.Close lid and shake for a minute now you hav a cold drink . No waiting !! I give them out as gifts. Very easy to clean no taste of your last drin k. Keeps it cold all day long and beyond. Very good investment. Dont think just buy one today and you will feel the way I do.

This is the best Thermos in the world for any type of exercise. I swim laps for conditioning and competition. When I get to the end of a set, gasping for air and greedy for refreshment, I can grab the Flip Grip bottle, push a button, and the top pops back - ready to pour. I fill it with filtered water from home and save [...] by passing the quicky store where I would buy some energy drink on the way. Finally, an excellently designed drinking bottle with no fear of chemicals leaching into your w ater. I hope someone in the Thermos company got a bonus for this idea.I also purchased the 26 ounce Thermos, which I am equally pleased with: I got this stainless steel Thermos bottle because I work out daily and was concerned about plastic chemicals leaching into my drinking water. It has been an amazing find. I swim competition and do a few hours of practice laps 4 times a week. I used to hide my bottled water under my fins, pool bouy, or shirt to keep it out of the sun, but it still lost it's cool after the first half hour. Last night, I put 5 ice cubes in my Thermos and left it in the car while I was at work. At 3pm, when I drove to the pool, the car thermometer read 104 degrees. I set up my stuff at the end of the pool and when I took my first drink it was cold and refreshing. As my workout went along, the uncovered exterior of the Thermos got warmer in the sun, but the last sip was just as cold as the first. This Thermos is a thing of beauty. And I figure that it will pay for itself with the savings I make by passing the quicky stores where I would buy energy drinks in plastic bottles on my way to the pool. I got this for my husband because he prefers this particular type of thermos for his COFFEE because of the flip top and hand grip. It fits in his cargo pocket, and in the cup holder in his truck, too.It seems like this is mainly advertised for cold beverages, but it keeps his coffee HOT ALL DAY and the grip is great for not burning your hands- however, the exterior doesn't seem too hot to hold even after you first put hot coffee in it. He has gotten several of these at a local grocery store ov er the last few years, but they weren't the charcoal color and they cost less than this one- The cheaper ones would break after a while in the same spot on the top... However, my husband really seemed to like this one which is only a few dollars more than what he usually pays for one. The quality seems to be better on this one- He likes the color- it's called Charcoal but looks like gun metal. It's nice looking and functional and I would recommend to a friend.

This is the best water/drink bottle I've ever used. It keeps the liquids nice and cold and if ice is used it is still in the bottle the next day. The flip top is very convenient. I use it when I walk and when teaching my exercise class. I'd recommend this flip grip bottle to anyone who wants to stop spending money on bottled water.

This water bottle is great! Just bought it last night. The top is big enough to put ice cubes in it which is great! This water bottle kept my water cold, so cold I still had ice cubes from the night before in the morning [...] I would definitely recommend this water bottle to anyone who likes to keep their water cold. Also, the top is great. It's nice and secure, no leaking problems. It fits great in standard cup holders too!I'm very happy with this purchase. Definitely worth the extra [$].

best ever, that my husband had to buy another one because the blue seal fell out so it leaks, but it still kept hot hot & ice icy. While at super target we found a larger container 24oz. The top is different but still has the flip lid & no rubber grip. Like other people wrote just like my husband that thermos needed to make a larger one. As of july 14 the 24 oz one is not listed on target online nor at thermos.com , we looked and it is not there. So now i have a happy husband with a the rmos intak grip 18 oz for the car, the big 24oz only $$ for golfing and the old one now for me when the seal gets here. Also found that the 26oz roho single wall has a 5 year warranty so we will get those for the children for presents only $$$ and has the flip lid no grip. Like all the others said well worth the money because it is best ever. peace

This works great! Has a slim design, push-button flip top, perfect drink spout (which I also use a straw with), and doesn't leak. Totally worth the money. I just got a new insulated lunch bag that came with a stainless hydration bottle. Cute, but unless I want to drink hot water in a couple of hours, worthless. I'm on the road in & out of my car all day for work and need to keep hydrated. You can take all those 'hydration bottles' and pitch them as far as I'm concerned. This is what you nee d.

I looked at this for 2 months before I finally purchased it. The price seemed a bit much for me, I have MS and am on a fixed income. But, I have to carry water with me where ever I go, COLD WATER. In the summer, that is hard to do! I have purchased so many cups and bottles, the ice always melts and the water never stays cold!I was shocked, when I purchased this!! I will never buy any other bottle-EVER! It is well worth every dime. The ice doesn't melt, the water is cold the next day, it doesn't sweat, it's easy to hold, and a little bonus is the lock to close it when you need to. I love the pop open top, works great when driving you don't even have to look away from the road! Since I purchased mine, my husband, friends, and family have also purchased them.Funny, cause they thought I was nuts to spent that much on it when I first bought it! LOL
