I have bought 3 of these now. Gifts and for me. We don't get high winds often here but when we do this is perfect. Keeps your head and shoulders dry (bags and all) and you don't accidentially walk in front of a moving car!

I love this umbrella. It keeps from getting wet completely. I wish all umbrellas are made like this. It was worth the price.

Bubble umbrellas keep all rain and wind off your head and shoulders. Because it is clear you are totally protected AND can see everything. Its shape even lets you rest it on your head leaving both hands free to carry items or use keys. Its shape also keeps it from being blown "inside out" in the wind. I'm so happy to have found them at Target .

if you live somewhere where you have to walk a lot, then this umbrella is fantastic. keeps you totally dry, your handbag doesn't get wet. love it.

The one and only con to this umbrella is that it is an inconvenience to carry around because it is so long, which is why I only gave it four stars. Other than that, I have no complaints. Its transparent design makes walking in the rain easy and safe. It is durable and protects you very effectively from the rain. You will not only be dry with this umbrella, but you will look cute.

I bought this umbrella from Target a while ago and it always seemed a little flimsy because the frame was plastic. When I lost my old one [...] might as well get a new one. This one is a little different. The frame is metal and it feels much sturdier and higher quality. I work[...]and am just over 5 feet tall and this umbrella hugs me just right so I can navigate the crowded sidewalk without nearly poking people's eyes out.

This is a great umbrella. It's easy to use while holding my baby in my arms, and it protects us from the rain and wind. I like being able to see through the material; this helps us shield ourselves from the elements while seeing where we need to go. I just wish it was a little bit bigger.

I was showing my mother around SF when she saw someone with a bubble umbrella and fell in love with it. After trying unsuccessfully to find it in many local stores, thought of buying it online. We received the shipment from Target very quickly. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the umbrella is so large, we couldnt fit it into any (even the largest!) suitcase available.

I bought this umbrella after losing several umbrella's to the wind and not wanting to spend a ton of money on a windproof umbrella. I have had this umbrella for over two years now and it is still going strong. It keeps me dry and doesn't turn inside out, even on the windiest days. My only complaint is that since it is clear, sometimes your depth perception might be off in terms of where the umbrella ends and the ground begins.
