Bed arrived yesterday (In a completely torn up box). I am extremely disappointed, the material is of very poor quality. Headboard is not plush, "velvet" looks as though it is a thin sheet. Cost does not justify the product. Will be returning this item immediately.

The look is incredibly elegant and the fabric is so soft!! Beautiful. I chose white and I don't regret it, although plum is dramatic too. The bed came shipped in two pieces - one with the frame, the other with the headboard. The frame takes about 2 hours to assemble, and I did it alone, although the velvet side panels have to be screwed in place and it's a gamble whether they fit seamlessly at the corners or not. Mine were a little off because the lumber the fabric is attached to is not exactly straight. You don't want to use this bed with a big pillowtop mattress. I have a regular mattress and boxspring and it looks great. Unfortunately headboard is only secured by tightening screws to the frame and raising it up, so you'll need some wood blocks to support the posts. There is a small gap between the headboard and your mattress when you raise it up, but I found king size pillows cover this nicely. If I had to order this again, I definitely would!! Beautiful, fabric is soft and tufting is perfect.

This bed took about an hour to assemble, but it is worth the effort. The metal framework underneath is very sturdy, it also has a fifth leg in the center on a cross beam for added support. The headboard is very plush and the velvet has a nice feel to it. It doesn't squeak or shift around when you move around. It really is a great value.

Took about 2 weeks to arrive. Easy to put together (took about an hour for 2 people), color is a light oatmeal. Only downside is I wish the headboard had more screws to secure it to the bed. Since my headboard isn't flush against the wall it seems a little wobbly.

I love the shape and design of the bed but I hate the color. I ordered it in the apple green because I have a very neutral bedroom and wanted it to be my statement piece. but the bed it self is kinda neutral... its like a sage/olive green. I want to send it back but I am not in the mood for the hassle. If I would have known this color was so ugly I would have gotten it in black or brown or even pool. but I do like the style of the bed and it came quicker than usual. I got it in less than a week when I was told it would take up to 5 weeks. so I cant complain too much but the color is just awful....

It was very easy to put together and looks stunningly beautiful with the new bedding and curtains. I used it for my guest bedroom and dressed it up with a wing back chair with pineapple print, some throw pillows with diamonds and other jewels and Hayworth nightstand with a diamond tuffed lamp. Finished off with a flat screen tv on the wall making it my "Hollywood" room! Guests who come will not want to leave. It truly turned out to be as good as a 5 star hotel. Love it, love it, love it! Only draw back was the time it took for delivery. Then again, it allowed me time to paint, shop for excessories and finish the room before it came.

I bought this bed and it did take the fulll month to receive it. Not too hard to put together, but I was missing a few of the washers. The material is nice,soft, and didnt smell bad as I had read in other reviews from this manufacturer. The headboard is a little too high off the frame and you can see the metal bars, but the headboard overall isnt too tall, in fact I will probably adjust it to be taller. I have euro shams and might go and get a smaller size so that you can see the headboard more . Also, if you like the fitted look with the remaining side of the comfortor tucked in so you can see the sideboards, it was a little tight, but possible with a little extra work. I was able to put it together myself in a little less than 2 hours, if I had all the parts I think I could have done it in an hour. The one thing that was the most frustrating is the already made holes in the back of the headboard so that you just screw it to the frame were not measured correctly and therefore it took a long time, power tools, and lots of adjustment to fix it. I got the white color, and it is white with a hint of a cream in it. Not a big deal, but if you have other white furniture in the room it doesnt match dead on. Overall, I love the bed for the price, and would recommend it to a friend.

The bed arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition with no missing hardware. The instructions were simple to follow. My boyfriend and I assembled the bed in about 45 minutes. Only glitch- we used the wrong screws/bolts half way through and had to go back a step to correct. Very impressed with the quality of material. The frame is solid and sturdy and the upholstery looks rich. "Pool" color is not the hot baby blue that is pictured, rather a more sub-dued which I prefer- lo oks more elegant. Only complaint (and this is minimal) is the hardware on either side of the back of the headboard. You can feel the hard edges of the steel slats that support it but only if you are holding onto the headboard during..activity time? Not an eye sore as its on the back of the headboard and definitely not an issue for sleeping. Very pleased with this purchase. Very high quality materials at affordable price.

I absolutely love this bed. I was a bit worried, because I ordered the black one, and have a large white dog. I just knew her fur would stick to the velvet because she sleeps in the bed (yes, she's spoiled). I've had the bed about a month, and have not needed to lint roll it at all! Dog-friendliness aside, it's truly a beautiful bed, and it's easy to assemble. I didn't want it to be tall, so we didn't put the legs on it. Because we didn't put the legs on it, we did pick up a few brackets from t he hardware store so we could attach the frame to the headboard without drilling new holes. By doing that, we could also pick how high we wanted the headboard.All-in-all, very pleased.
