This lamp was very easy to put together, and looks nice. The pole pieces wouldn't screw together completely in one place, so we have a metal-colored ring in the middle of the pole. Not enough of an issue to return the lamp. We also have the light reflecting off the wall, which is a nice effect. Worth buying for sure. The silver accents are a nice touch.

This lamp lives up to its promise - simple, doesn't look cheap, and it provides three streams of light. We bounce the light off the walls, as having it aimed more directly at where you are looking is a bit harsh. Still, I'm happy with it. I just wish they had included stronger light bulbs - the lamp can take a higher wattage-equivalent, but I guess it is nice that it includes bulbs at all.

[...] this lamp is very badly made. The middle thread is too short for the lamp to stay upright with any security. I first taped mine, then had to add dowels on either side and tape them again. The thread to the bottom is also very shallow, but there's no way to secure that. I'm hoping it lasts.In addition, the lamp shades were all scraped and nicked, almost as if it were used, yet it was packed right from the factory.All in all, this is a very shoddy piece of merchandise [...].The only reason I kept this lamp is because it was Christmas and my other [...] lamp's bottom weight disintegrated! I needed holiday lighting. Now I can't ship it back because I've permanently connected the pieces.

I love my new light! I purchased an entertainment center that is silver and black and this goes perfectly! I was super easy to put together, no more than about 5 minutes. I love that I can aim the light in specific directions for focused reasons! LOVE IT!

While the product is great and just what we wanted, I got a bad deal from Target. The lamp online stated it was not available in stores. I paid the cost, plus tax, plus S&H (over $ for S&H). I received the lamp UPS, in beat up packaging, no box, broken styrofoam sloppily wrapped around it, but it worked ok and seemed in OK shape. A day or so later, while in Target, a mile from home, there was the lamp on display and it would have cost me $ less to buy it there. I spoke to the the LOD (l eader of the day?), who tried to push me off on the lady at the customer service register, and she took me to a computer to try to prove that I was wrong about it being online only. Then she told me I was basically out of luck. Since I didn't have a box or wrapping for it, I have let it go, but I have a sour note about Target.

We are very pleased at how easy this lamp was to put together when we recieved it. It has clean lines and looks sharp when it's put together. I recommend this lamp for anyone looking for a floor lamp.

Lights work fine but the poles could not be screwed together properly so it ended up falling apart randomly. The more I tried to screw them back together, the more it made the poles rusty and worthless. Received a defected product.

Great price. Received on time, in good condition. Easy to assemble. Looks absolutely great and works perfectly. What else is there to say? It is exactly what I was looking for and I am very happy with both the product and the order/delivery process.

I looked at a lot of places until I found this lamp and the great price. Easy to assemble, stands from base to tip of highest lamp, 67". I use CFL bulbs so the shades stay very cool to the touch and they only use about 13 watts (equivalent to 60 watt candescent) each. The new 9 watt (40 watt candescent) CFL's are even better yet, they don't expose their tip and maintain the light you need. Great for any office space, dorm room, or anywhere you just want to accent some light. The switches a re a little old fashioned but easy to replace at your local hardware store if they should break in future use. The lamp shades are easy to turn and position, just be gentle and not force the adjustments for a long lasting contemporary look.
