I love love love this stepper! It's the second one made with Brenda as the instructor and she gives you a great workout! I totally recommend it.

I love my air climber. What an ingenious piece of equipment for the price. Last year I bought a [...] elliptical and wouldn't use it because it was so boring. Then, I had back surgery in May 2010 and was afraid to exercise again. I have always hated aerobic exercise and loved lifting weights. This crafty little machine takes care of aerobic and gives you the resistance. And no impact!!! Great for my back. You get a good sweat. [...] I got just what I was looking for. Yes, it is a bit loud,but w ho cares? Turn up the TV or the music and ignore it. I absolutely love this machine. What a great buy. I can't say enough good things about it.

This little piece of equipment works great! I really enjoy that I'm able to move it when I want to and it stores easily. I haven't done the ab exercises that the booklet suggests but eventually I'll get there.It's a tad noisy in the "whoosh" sound that it makes but for the value, I can easily overlook the little bit of noise!

My boyfriends mom wanted this for christmas and we got a different one because this one looked super cheap compared to the nice metal one. I tried using both and actually this one works wayyy better. I did the ab workout that came with it and my stomach was sore for the next 2 days. I thought it was the sit ups i did after the work out and kept doing the sit ups when i got back to school but they weren't what made my abs sore - it was the air climber with the ab video.

I just bought my Air Climber. I totally love it. It works for me. I can put it anywhere since its a small exercise machine.

I'm a fit person, but I do need to lose some weight so I bought this for cardio since it's winter and I can't afford a gym membership. I always use Level 5 (hardest) and after 30min I'm barely sweating whether I go fast or slow. I wish the step variance was larger and I don't notice much difference between level 1 and 5. I do burn some calories, but not enough. I sweat more after using my Wii Fit for 15 min.

I bought this 2 years ago off of one of those shopping networks. I've used it off and on in my exercise routine, but didn't really use it consistently until a year ago. I used it at least 4 days a week, for 45 minutes a day for about 6 months and it works great. Never did the dvd workouts, but just used it while I watched tv. Helped me lose about 30 pounds when I didn't want to walk or run outside. I usually leave it on level 3 and worked up a good sweat after about 20 minutes. Be careful of th e bellows and don't pull up on the pedals without pressing on the knob. I wouldn't recommend for heavy people over abt 250 pounds but seems to hold up to 200 lbs with no problem. Light enough to store in a closet or on top of my dryer when guests come over. It's a little loud, so others will hear it. But every time I'm at Target I check to make sure they have them, as I will buy another if I ever manager to break mine.

I am an avid exerciser and I got this for rainy bad weather days when I cannot get out to run. I like it, I give it 4 stars because I don't think this alone would help anyone loose a lot of weight. It is a good addition to a workout routine but if you want serious results I believe in free weight strength training, cardio, yoga/pilates, and diet. I do love that I can just get on while I'm watching tv instead of sitting on the sofa.

I just bought my Airclimber off another website for ..... I absolutely love it. The first time I used it, I didn't really think it was doing anything...until I woke up the next morning. My legs were so sore (in a good way). I was in a car accident in January 2009, so I couldn't workout until November. I gained quite a bit of weight, and now I'm in the process of losing it. I'm a police officer, and being fit is VERY important. This workout is great on my work days...14 hour shifts...I get 30 mi ns in before going to work and I've got energy all night. I also switched out the bands for bands with more resistance. I'm 200 lbs. in a size 14, and I'm looking forward to reaching my goal weight of 140 lbs.

I love this stepper. It doesn't take up too much room and it works great. The first one I bought I had to return because it didn't inflate properly. Then I returned it and checked inside the box first before I bought another one. This one works properly and I love it. The boxes are all squashed and re taped. I guess they weren't packaged properly to begin with.
