Umberto Roman Oil Serum - 2.0 oz. product details page

I tried this product for 4 days and I did not like it. It feels like I put honey on my hair. I apply it evenly on my damp hair then I blew dry my hair. But I can still feel the stickiness. When I used Biosilk Therapy, I didn't get that stickiness to my hair. I find Biosilk Therapy to be a much better product than this one. I will just stick to Biosilk from now on.

I have been using Umberto Texturizer for quite some time with great results [...] I then added some of this oil to my order to try it. WOW--- the results are astounding--- much better than [other oils and cheaper]. My hair is now shiny, smooth and lays flat.One great product!

I was a bit unconvinced that OIL is what I needed to put on my thin bleached long hair since it would weight it down and make it look greasy.Not the case at all. I rub one or two little pumps of this oil between my hands and then slid it down my brushed hair from my chin down. Its makes my hair smooth and friz free, and it looks so healthy! A month after my purchase my hairdress asked me what I had been using on my hair because it looked and felt healtheir than it should. I bought a bottle for my mom and my best friend because they HAVE to try this stuff.

After my hairdresser used Moroccan Oil on my hair I decided that would be a good idea but didn't want to pay $40. I am middle aged & find my hair is drying out & not as shiny so I need to add something when styling as well as to brighten it up between washes. I searched around & found Umberto Roman Oil which I think is even better than the Moroccan Oil. It is a bit lighter so it still gives you moisture but is more absorbant, smells better & is reasonably priced. It never makes my hair look greasy. Great product & I'm headed into Target for my second bottle.

I am a hair care product snob. I have used some really expensive stuff and some not so expensive stuff that claimed to be awesome. Every product you can think of, I have tried just to find the perfect one.Well my search is over. I LOVE the Umberto product line. It does what it says it will do, even on my curly dry hair. Nothing else compares. This is light, non greasy, controls frizz and smells fresh and clean.

First of all, I am a Boomer, and being post-menopausal, my hair became very dry and lifeless. I used to wear it long and it was very beautiful. Now I struggle to get grow it into decent medium-length layers. I have been looking for and trying all sorts of products, and nothing helped. Until I found this. And of all places- TARGET. Who would have thunk...?! Anyway, my layers have started once-again becoming very brittle and dry. Like straw. I applied some of this serum, and it looks AMAZING. It feels healthy and supple again. I truly believe I have found the answer to being able to grow my hair out to a longer length again. I also purchased a masque (by Umberto) too. I have not tried it yet. I will tell you that using a masque is a FANTASTIC idea. After I wash and condition my hair, I wrap it in a towel to soak up a lot of the water. Then I comb it out, and apply the masque. I leave this on for 10-20 minutes at least. I rinse it off, and the difference is noticable. I just know that when I use Umberto's masque, I will have even BETTER results. Then, I will be using this wonderful Serum. Another thing... don't wash you hair too much or too little. Find out what's right for you and your hair. I intend to try their shampoos and conditioners too. A line like this is designed to work in conjunction with each other. It smells wonderful. Wow, my hair really shines today, and it is NOT weighted down or greasy looking.

i have the worst frizzies and this stuff actually works, better than frizz ease, and it smells divine also.

I was looking for a hair serum for my hair, I use to buy Sammy's , but it always seem to leave my hair pasty. I foundumberto's Roman Oil online . I just recieved it today. I tried it on my dry hair and love the smell , it smells like perfume on hair, also loved the way my hair feels soft and full of life, not pasty and dull. I would recommend this for women with course hair like mine it tames the hair but gives it enough body.
