I just got this phone in December and already it doesn't work..It kept dropping calls and said " searching " , Now the battery will not hold a charge and only last about 15 minutes ,,,Complete waste of money , ... see more

I have had this system for over a yr and have had no problems what so ever except for one.....I dropped the handset onto a concrete floor and it disintegrated. I have purchased several of these to expand use throughout the house and plan on purchasing another soon.

after reading all the negative reviews i was reluctant to buy this phone but i did anyway because i have a lot of family who use this brand for their land lines as well. i have to say, and i hope im not jinxing myself, that i have had absolutely no problem and i wonder what he big fuss what all about! .. its extremely easy assembly and i have had no connection issues since i plugged my jack in. the only negative comment is that i would have liked to plug it right away and it needs to be charge d off the line for 15 hours. but that might be normal? .. this is my first apt .. other than that... perfecto!

I have had two of these phones for a number of years and feel that they are a great value. I have had no problems and am going to buy two more of them to replace some older phones I have of a different brand. What I would like to know, though, is why replacement batteries for cordless phones cost very close to the price of a whole new phone. How can this be? You might as well buy a new phone rather than a replacement battery.

Bought this phone and it worked great. Fast forward a month and it will not hold a charge. Not worth trying to repair it. Returning for something better.

This phone is just fine, unless you want to make any phone calls, in which case it doesn't work at all. At least mine didn't, straight out of the box. And yes I did test the line, it was the phone, not the connection.

Should be ZERO star rating. Phone failed in days.

Within three days of having the phone it stopped working. Completely shut down. Took the back cover off to check the battery pack connection. The battery was connected. I found one of the batteries had super heated to the point of melting the plastic of the phone. I would not recommend this phone due to the quick failure and the potential fire hazzard.
