This thing is NOT worth the money. The rods keep coming apart and one of the plastic inserts to hold the rods to the rack has already broken. This is the junkiest thing I have ever bought at Target...my 20-year old mil ... see more

this looked way sturdier than my last clothes rack, but EVERY time i set this up another one of the plastic joints connecting the rods breaks. a product this simple with such poor components should only be found at a dollar store. they obviously skipped product testing on this one...

Just got this drying rack 2 weeks back. As soon as I took it out of the box, I could feel the good quality. The individual bars are tightened/screwed, which is great. I had earlier a drying rack which had wooden side-bars and the bar used to come out almost every day, which was very annoying. So far I am very happy with this product. But I had only for 2 weeks, so time will tell !

setting the unit up the first time the top arm cut the vinyl cover on the top rod. The fitting was a poor design.

This thing is NOT worth the money. The rods keep coming apart and one of the plastic inserts to hold the rods to the rack has already broken. This is the junkiest thing I have ever bought at Target...my 20-year old mildewed wooden dry rack works better than this. You couldn't pay me to get another one of these.

I am glad to finally have a collapsible drying rack. I no longer use the dryer machine. I can easily assemble the rack in the dining room. I store it in the closet. The last rung on the rack is nearly useless because it is too close to the floor. I can hang my one-year-old son's socks on the bottom rung. Any other clothes which are hung on the bottom rung are too close to the ground. If the floor is dirty, the clean clothes get dirty.[...]

I had previously purchased Target's super cheap plastic drying rack that fell apart almost instantly, so this is definitely a step up. It required no assembly and feels sturdy. I've used it once and so far so good!

My old wooden drying rack finally broke after years of almost-daily usage, so I thought this "chrome" rack would be an upgrade. Sadly, it lasted only a few months before the plastic joints snapped in two places. We attempted to rig it with twine but it just won't hold. It is now garbage. Although we use this rack daily, I don't think that the weight it held was excessive and it certainly should have lasted longer. Very disappointed. This item is quite overpriced for the quality. I wou ld recommend finding something that is made of wood or metal, not plastic.

This spiffy drying rack is just the thing! So much more reliable than the old wooden model it replaced - stays up when you need it - folds away when you don't. No more collapsing when you try to move it! Very pleased with its performance. (a bit pricey though...)

This is the best and useful purchase. I use it a lot and saved sooooo much money not running the dryer all the time for items that dry out in air in a few minutes.Highly recommend.
