I am a size 8, and thats what i bought these shoes in, but they were too tight and ill fitting. The peep toe was too small, and the back buckle was too tight. I returned at store.

It's not a natural/blush color - if that's what you are looking for. Taupe sometimes leans to a more "gray" undertone, but this one is a definite "brown". A little too dark for my tastes. Also - order a 1/2 size UP/larger - I'm a 7.5 and the 7.5 fit my foot pefectly, but TOO perfectly - where my heel almost hung off the back. Sinc e it's an open-back shoe, I'd order up the 1/2 size and give your heel some extra length!
