I bought a pair of these slippers a year ago and wore them until the fuzz wore off. They were wonderful! I bought a new pair on Black Friday 2011, and the bottoms fell off that Saturday. I exchanged them for another pair that day, and the bottoms fell off that Sunday. At that point, I didn't want to try another pair, partly because of the hassle and partly because of poor customer service. If I would have gotten a pair that stayed intact, it would have gotten 5 stars, definitely!

Just ordered and received my second pair of this slipper. I wore my first pair so much that they fuzz started diminishing from the bottom. Considered buying a pair of UGG slippers this time around, but couldn't bring myself to spend the $. Also tried on a pair of UGG slippers in the store and truly didn't think they were any better than these. Trust me, buy these, save your $ for something else:)

I live in a remodel in the woods that is in constant flux ~ I have a big German Shepherd that wants outside in 5 degrees to bring in the mail, the paper, (the squirrels... ha) every half hour and I am unconsciously barefoot year round. So finding a slipper that is like walking in thermo-heated,all-terrain cocoons is a god send for me. You can spray a little suede guard on them and go anywhere. I almost forgot I had them on when I left to go to my drive-thru the bank this fall !!~ You know, they look pretty cool, too. This is not a sissy slipper and looks great with jeans...!At this price - I'd buy them by the gross if I could find a way to explain to my husband why I'm wearing them to the movies ! ~ cmcg

these are so so comfortable and nice looking also, love wearing them around the house and out the door. My daughter loved them so ordered her a pair, just ordered two more in different colors. We could not be happier, where have these been hiding? thanks

I purchased these slippers after I saw my aunt had a pair. They are so warm and cozy, I love them! They're very comfortable too. I always wear them around the house.

These slippers are very warm and comfortable. Some of the other reviews said they ran small but I didn't find that at all. I wear a size 7 and a 7 fit great. They were true to size.

Very comfy and cozy. I like it that they have a hard bottom, durable enough to run out and check the mail. I am very pleased with the product.
