Have owned it for 5 months now, and I have had no problems. Considering how much I game, I would think that the batteries would be wearing down, but nope. You know those electronics you look for that "just work"? This is one of those rare items.

We have had this for over a year now. It still works like new. The batteries it came with still hold their charge well. I love that the lights on the base go off after the batteries are fully charged. There are enough annoying lights on/around the tv already! And my 2 year old can get the controllers on the base easily. They just drop right in. Great product!

Game console controllers eat through batteries, and getting four kids to remember swapping the batteries out into a separate charger is quite a challenge.Since our Xbox isn't used just for games, and is heavily used for Netflix by myself and my wife, it would have been frustrating to encounter a dead controller all the time.This Chargebase, and the specially designed controller batteries with external charging contacts makes for VERY easy recharging by simply dropping the controller into the ba se when you're done using it.At[$] it has already paid for itself by not having to purchase an endless supply of batteries.

We have four boys that love to play xbox... and four controllers. The rechargeable battery packs and the chargebase are perfect to keep the controllers organized, charged, and ready for action.

I hated that the xbox controllers were always dying, so this was a great addition to our xbox console. Charges controllers and no need to buy a million more batteries--we were going thru them like crazy! Works like a charm, my fiance is so grateful for this.

Easy as pie. So much nicer than changing batteries. These work really well for kids that go thru batteries all the time on their remotes

much better than batteries and wires, batteries die quickly the charge base helps with that if you use the console and controlers alot than you know that wires get tangled and batteries die quickly wich makes for alot of new batteries
