i had a problem getting my 1 month xbox live gold membership card its suppose to come in the box when you buy a xbox360 4gb once i found out that you are suppose to get it i called target they didnt know what i was talking about it says it on the box and it says it on their website microsoft says it is suppose to be in the box when you buy the game any way microsoft took care of it for me but make sure that you are suppose to get it before you buy the game

this was an excellent xmas present for my 13yo son ..and the family. It was a great price. Very satisfied and its better than the old system that we burned up.. sad face...

About 2 yrs ago I bought an XBox 360. I love the XBox but about a month ago my Xbox started to mess up and was not playing the games. Luckly, I had purchased a 3yr warranty. I called them up and they were so nice and very helpful. They sent me a shipping label at no cost to me so i can send the XBox. Within 1 week, I rec'd a call that the Xbox was not repairable and that they would replace it with a new one. Once again, they very nice and professional. Targets customer service was AWESOME. Now I have a new XBox . Customer service is very important to me because that is what keeps me coming back to Target. But seriously if you don't have an XBox...you have to get one.

I recently broke my 60gb PS3. So I thought I would buy an Xbox 360 4gb from Target. I wasn't so sure it would be as good as the PS3 because of Xbox Live not being free, but I was wrong. The 360 is better than the PS3,for games and multimedia.It has alot of things like Netflix, Bing, Hulu plus. fios, Youtube, Facebook, iHeartRadio, and much more. I'm glad I bought the Xbox 360 slim, especially from Target.
