I wouldn't order these online but if you buy them in the store you can see if they have shipped without breakage. Whole, they are wonderful and a great addition to a bedroom.

Although they look adorable. I bought 3 drapery rods fo my daughters bedroom and all the butterfly's were broken. They are very fragile (for no apparent reason, other than bad quality). Now, I have all the brackets in th ... see more

Instructions are Idiotic

The instructions for mounting this rod are literally 1" by 1". You need a magnifying glass to even see what on earth you're supposed to be doing. On top of that, the little screw to hold the concave mount to the wall bracket DOES NOT FIT. This is absolutely ridiculous.

the directions for hanging the rods were microscopic, couldn't even read them. couldn't find instructions online either. VERY BAD

Now, I have all the brackets in the wall and dont know what to do. I went online to see about replacing only the butterflys and not the entire purchase, but I cant seem to figure out how to send this in via email.Very disappointed. Very.
